the place was really filthy, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years & the bedsheets were old & disgusting. the owner on asking for directions re arrival was very rude, to the point of abuse. was very shocked. there was no restaurant or wifi as stated, we were told to go to a coffee shop (expensive) which was just down the road. the place was so horrible we couldn't consider staying but luckily managed to get a nice, clean guest house just down the road who was pleasant & welcoming.

Owner Comment (Hide)
THe customer did not ever come to the guesthouse and making false allegations when there are good reports from other fellow travellers who stayed here this year and previous years.

We arrived pretty early so until the room was ready salvo offered to drive us to his beach bar to wait and collected us when he was ready for us to check in, on arriving the room smelt very clean- although there were a fair few cobwebs around the room. The bed was comfy enough (fair bit too short for my very tall boyfriend though) There was actually a hot shower which is the first we had actually come across in the last 3 months in India! Salvo was very helpful and drove us to our bus 😀

Perfect location on beach. Good wifi in restaurant. Simple accommodation but fantastic value for money. 20 min walk to village and shop. Beach is beautiful.

These hotel is a simpel but nice place to stay. The biggest advantage is ist very low price. If you wants,.To have a roof over the top and a good bathroom with hot water this is the right place if you are on a budget. The manager was very nice and gentle and gave us a warm welcome. He was allways helpfull and gave us lots of indications and tips were to go and what to do in Benaulim. Distance to the beach is only a 15 minute walk and the beach there is awsome. I would go there again.

Really breathtaking location on one the most beautiful beach I have seen in Goa so far, the staff is super friendly so is the owner Mr.Savio. This place was a real find for me and I will definitely go back the next time I am in Goa.
