I didn't stay at Castelmar Hotel because they simply didin't find my reservation and, even with free bedrooms, they didn't offered me another room to stay.I am sure they would eventualy offer it to me (with me paying, of course, no discussion about that), but they were more concerned about finding the reservation, that took hours and they ended up still not finding it. By that time,I had already gave up of the hotel and had found another one. But the money I spent to reserve the room never came.
