The hostel is in a nice and quiet area of Santiago good to visit the sights and the rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable!

A great hostel! Cool backyard area with a big table ideal for chatting with other travellers over a lovely Chilean wine or cervaca. Dog lovers wil enjoy Duke' company- but watch your food! Dorms are light and airy with small lockers and plenty floor space.

Only complaint is that it is too popular! Fantastic, quiet, comfortable place with good staff, fine breakfast, and relaxed atmosphere. Probably best hostel in Santiago.

Picturesque, converted house in the Providencia neighbourhood. Handy for restaurants, bars and about a 40 minute walk from the Telefericos to get up San Cristobal. Nice garden, voraciously hungry dog, TV room (the luxury!) and very good size private rooms. The dorms looked spacious too. WiFi a bit slow at times. Friendly fellow residents - mostly European when we were there. They also have a blackboard with great recommendations for eating and drinking, and the dining area and kitchen are nice.

Great atmosphere in the hostel that is largely run by (travelling) volunteers. The house looks beautiful. Beds are comfy, spacious lockers and good breakfast. Shower in one of the dorms needs an upgrade but that's all.

The hostel is in a fantastic location, very close to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. This only small issue is that the wifi connection is terrible. We would not recommend using the laundrette recommended by the hostel-the younger lady working there is incredibly rude and it is expensive (there is another one just around the corner). The staff in the hostel are very nice and helpful. The free walking tour in Santiago is fantastic and should definitely be done!

Laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. Not huge so you get to know people pretty easily. Loved staying here!

Really chilled hostel. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to help. There's a nice outdoor area and the beds are good.. plugs by every bed (top and bottom) which is really handy and lockers for each bed. Good breakfast included in the price - waffles, toast, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee. About a 15 minute walk from Bella vista (main party area) but having staying in a hostel in that area before it's a much nicer neighbourhood here. Would definitely recommend!

Nice staff - young German guy who checked us in was v friendly and helpful, as we're American girls who seemed to be new. Breakfast is a piece of fruit, toast or waffles, hot drinks and spreads. Location is very good, easy walk to Bellevista. We had a huge double room - it was awesome! Loved the building, except the v creaky floors!
