I was greeted with a city guide, a map and an adapter as mine had broken. Felt very welcome and helped get to grips with a new city! The dorm was spacious and with proper beds and an actual feather duvet. Unfortunately I came out of season so it was pretty quiet but in season I would definitely recommend.

This hostel was really clean, safe, good location, and great staff. The private room we got was HUGE and had its own balcony. I know some of the other rooms are smaller, so it all varies. It's run by Americans, and everyone spoke English. I had been traveling around latinamerica and had been speaking Spanish the whole time- so it was weird to speak English again. This place was super American. I liked it though and I would recommend it.

My stay here was very comfortable and it was really easy to get around from the hostel. My only suggestion is please put something to put your shampoo/soap in the shower and a heavier shower curtain, it was completely stuck to me the whole shower!! Other than than the hostel was great.

Really, really nice hostel. Great atmosphere, particularly round the BBQ. Only suggestions are that staff could be a bit more knowledgeable about the city (someone could also have mentioned the bank holiday - caused us major problems eating!!), and that they need to sort out check-out. You hand in your key, but then can only get in and out of front gate if someone is on reception (unattended surprisingly often). We came back one night as a couple were climbing over the 6ft gate to get out...

- Good room! - Very clean! - Quiet... - The bathroom is a little weird (to us). They have a window without a curtain and there are houses in front of this window. You have to take care on the shower. I think a curtain should make the showers more comfortable.

This is a really good hostel in a good location. The beds are comfy and the rooms are big so there's plenty of space to move around. The breakfast could use improvement.

This small, new hostel is pretty nice overall. It´s clean, which is very important for us. But we probably won´t return because it´s just a little too expensive for what you get.

Itçs a very nice house, about 10 minutes walk from Metro station Banquedano. It´s a nice house, not to big. I think they only have one dorm. Good breakfast. Helpfull staff. Can be very quiet at times.

A great place. If it weren't for the bathrooms, I wouldn't have any complaints. The bath problem is that they have no drain on the floors, so you're not supposed to let any water there - which is hard since the shower is really small. That is, if you're really quick and not messy, won't be a problem. Everything else is just great.

Really nice hostel, staff were helpful and friendly. In a quiet residential neighbourhood, but only a short walk to both a metro stop and the cool Bellavista area which has the best bars and restaurants. Really the best of both worlds. Would defo stay again if we return to Santiago.

Not much going on here but a good back-up for Hostal Aji if it's full.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable hostels I've ever stayed in and excellent value for money. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santiago. The staff are excellent too.

it's a very nice house, beautiful neighborhood with very little traffic yet very close to Providencia avenue, several bus lines, hospital Salvador, 2 underground lines. The place is clean, with nice decoration details in common areas. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. There is no limit on time arrival at night.

A really friendly and social guest house. The TV room facilities are great with loads of films available to watch, whilst a free continental breakfast is always appreciated. The kitchen is a little small but generally fine. The bathroom was ready for a major overhaul; the floor needed re-tiling and the shower tray was not ideal with just a curtain around it. There's also no blind in the bathroom window, which looks directly into next door's. Overall, it's OK but needs a little TLC.

In this hostel we had the most beautiful room within our stay in Chile. It is a beautiful old house with a few rooms and a garden. The area is very quiet but still only a few minutes away from the more lively streets. Some nice restaurants can still be found just around the corner. The hosts are very helpful and ready to answer all questions you may have. Kitchen can be used for cooking, living room for chatting. In case you want sth else for breakfast than jam, buy it at the supermarket (5 min)
