Had a lovely stay here. The staff are great and helpful. There is a free tour to the gauge which is fun. Great location close to the lake.

This hostel is great!! Castle bled really stands out from the other hostels I've stayed in and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again! Literally 2 minutes from the lake too. They also offered up some great tours. I did the vintagauge and hike. Highly recommend this tour, the views are stunning! Only thing I thought was a problem was the playstation in the common room ; )
Nice place. The room was a bit cramped and I don't think there were sufficient toilets or showers, but it's a very friendly hostel with a Lovely deck. I recommend it.
Staff were great very helpful and organised! Only thing quite pricy but overall best help from staff at a hostel we have ever had
It was lovely to be greeted upon arrival by a member of staff, however an extended tour plus chat was a bit much after a very long day of travelling. The facilities were new and clean, with th comfiest beds we've stayed in, but the kitchen was very cramped for the number of guests staying. We had several issues with there being no hot water in the showers, not ideal after a day in 30°C heat! We could not fault the location and staff were very helpful, adding to the good atmosphere.
The staff were amazing. When I arrived I had been travelling by myself and had a rough time and I think they could tell that. The man went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The staff are very concerned about helping you have the best time. No wifi in rooms is the only down fall. However it was an extremely clean hostel! And they had a great system in the kitchen with food and sharing
Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed! Perfect location, great facilities, and I met the coolest people there! Bled is amazing and this hostel makes it even better. You will not want to leave!
Fantastic hostel, would definitely stay again! Located next to many other hostels leads to great night life. Very new/clean and well managed inside! Great atmosphere and made some great new friends, definitely one of the best ive ever stayed at.
Really great hostel less than a 5 minute walk away from the lake. Staff were really helpful and nice. very social hostel, it was supposed to be quiet time after 10pm but that wasn't really enforced much so can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep if you're staying in. Great kitchen and other facilities for use, bathrooms and toilets were clean!
Only a few minutes from the lake. Very helpful staff in helping you settle in and identifying what you want to do during your stay. The rooms were quite small but fans were provided so it didnt get unbearably hot, All in all a good hostel.
The staff was really amazing, going out of their way to make travellers feel at home. However, I can't help feeling the hostel is functioning like a travel agency, promoting their daytrips. Yet, Bled is all about exploring the region, so I won't hold that against them. The hostel itself is nicely located, has a beautiful terrace and a good kitchen, which was lacking some cutlery. The bathrooms were lacking - hot water was not running properly at all times, and one shower didn't have venting.
Fun hopping hostel! Tons of opportunities to meet other travelers. Free ride to Vintar Gorge with a fantastic hike to one of the best viewpoints in Bled! Can rent bikes, scooters, and towels for trips to the lake. Make sure you take the bus to Bohinj Lake. It offers a completely different experience from Bled and the hikes are great everywhere :) it's impossible to take bad pictures!
Castle hostel is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! It has a great atmosphere in the evenings, the common room is buzzing and a great place to meet other travellers. They put on a free outing to a local waterfall and viewpoint, it's a great draw card and the staff are super helpful! Highly recommend this hostel!!
Best hostel we stayed in on our trip, the staff are amazing. Also the free tour to the Gorge and lookout was amazing, make sure you do it!
The staff were the best of any hostel i have stayed at. Everyone who stayed there was really friendly too and always up for a laugh. Would definitely recommend!

A very friendly hostel with fantastic staff who socialise in the hostel and help you to plan your trip in Bled. There is a huge terrace with a BBQ and good cooking facilities in the kitchen as well as a PS4 and TV. The rooms are slightly cramped as it is a small hostel.
Amazing staff, always happy to help and really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Lovely communal area was a good way to meet other people. Everything was spotless, kitchen and bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Only downside was the slight lack of security. We had a key to get us into the front door and our dorm room which we did not need to use during our 3 days. However lockers were provided in rooms if you had your own small padlock. Def stay here!
Great location in the centre of Bled. If you want to take tours around Bled, the Hostel can set you up with their own tours. You can book with other company's but it's all kind of the same. Hostel staff was really friendly and willing to help with anything. Booked an extra night just in time, had to move to the Ace of Spades hostel, the second hostel of the same owner, but just as nice. It's a shame that the WiFi was down a lot or not working in any dorms, but besides that just a good Hostel.
Although the hostel was cleaned regularly, the toilets still managed to smell every time you went into them. The staff were helpful in recommending activities and bus times. Overall god hostel but perhaps a little too few toilets for the amount of people staying at the hostel

Great hostel! Very social atmosphere with pub crawls and day tours on offer daily. There's a supermarket around the corner so it's very easy to cook your own food and drink cheaply. Would stay again!
