The owners were very friendly and helpful, going out of there way to help us. I do wish there had been an extra toilet available. but we all managed and had a great stay. The location was so good.

Excellent place to stay, not far from the seafront. Although it is located at one of the main roads into Ballycastle it is not noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a nice hostel to live in. Clean and quiet, I would like to recommend to my friends who has the plan to visit the Nortern Ireland.

The hostel is well situated, on the main street, close to the harbour. The staff was very friendly. However, the place was poorly heated, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The window in our room was not possible to open and get some fresh air. There was additional charge of 3 pound if paid by credit card.

Castle hostel was being painted. So we went to the neighbour hostel, runned by the same owner. and we got a upgrade to stay in an ensuite room! The bathroom is clean, there are even books in the room! We had a very comfortable night.
