The hotel manager went out of his way to host us when we arrived at 3am... He was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience!!

We stayed in the Deluxe 4 Bed Mixed Dorm Ensuite, everyone was so friendly, close to everything walking distance, the beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the towels that were provided.

Steve and his wife couldn't have done more to facilitate us during our stay at the hostel. Parked the car in a safe FREE place for us, calling taxis, providing breakfast, providing information etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone for a short stay while travelling in Kerry. it had been 30 years since I had stayed in a hostel and my experience was way beyond expectations. Thanks again.

The standard of bathroom interior is all over Ireland lower than in Germany. It's not a problem of Castle hostle. Staff was very friendly and helpfull we enjoyed staying there and had a good time. Thanks
