We loved absolutely everything in castle rock hostel! Location is perfect and stuff is very helpful. rooms are spacious and lounge downstairs with free pool table is just awsome! would definitely stay there again if we will have chance to visit fanatstic city of Edinburgh again!We loved absolutely everything in castle rock hostel! Best hostel I staid in on my trip, perfect location and a really nice layout. I met some friends staying in other Hostels around Edinburgh and they where really jealous when we swung by Castle Rock to have a beer. Great hostel in a great central location. 24 hour reception was great and plenty of room in the dorm rooms. Very lively common area aswell was lots of fun. This hostel is simply awesome! A unique location, amazing staff, enormous lounge rooms, and a kitchen well supplied with everything you need! I was just a little disappointed with the bathrooms that are not en suite but overall this has been one of the best hostels that I've ever been!This hostel is simply awesome! Some areas smelled badly, but everything was in good shape. Only one bathroom to a whole floor, which is kept relatively clean, but on Halloween night there were people vomiting and leaving things all over the floor.Some areas smelled badly, but everything was in good shape.
