The hostel was great, but I wasn´t a big fan of the mixed bathroom. The toilets didn´t flush that well, and the showers were usable, but not very clean either. Great placeto stay; central but on a side street so little noise. Very secure; all the dorms need a key to be opened, ever bed has its own locker with an additional safe inside the locker. Room was spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hostel. The chalkboard with ideas on what to do is great.Great placeto stay; central but on a side street so little noise. Really great place to stay- I could see the castle up close and personal from my window. There are multiple lounges and a huge dining room with a pool table and jukebox, so it had a great social vibe to it. my only complaint is that there were windows open all the time all throughout the hostel in mid december, making for a very cold place to stay, and most of the time the heaters would be on full blast below the open windows! Really great place to stay- I could see the castle up close and personal from my window. It's name and fame are not surprising, it's a great hostel, nice character, big bar and common areas and clean dorms. Perfect location. BIG hostel, 230 beds I think. Very fun, very helpful staff. Secure building. the bathrooms were the only thing lacking, which were still cleaner than most I've seen.
