It has amazing views and an awesome common room. Good place to go if you want to meet loads of other travellers.

We had a great time there but we were there for only one night. The bathrooms realy need work but they were clean, and the kitchen was old school but large. Staff were great and helped us alot with what we needed to know, as well as took us on a pub crawl.

So warm, comfortable, and quiet at night but friendly and buzzing all day. A gorgeous hostel and a brilliant city.

It has fantastic communal and living areas but most of the residents are long termers so its uncomfortable at times and harde rto meet people. Other than that it´s a great hostel- clean, big and really helpful staff.

Everything was lovely and really fun! I only had two problems; one was that I had difficulty manouvering the ladder to the top bunk due to nothing to grab on to (especially while inebriated). Second was that I couldn't stay longer cos it was all booked out!!!

Horrible cramped rooms which had a weird smell..... I would not go back here again and cannot understand why this hostel has a good rating....

This is probably the best hostel I have stayed at - at any price. It is kept really clean, has loads of space and comfy couches in the lounges, free newspapers, no TV, lots of space to keep food and prepare meals. Little things like having a shower curtain so that clothes hanging on the shower door keep dry, soap and towels in the washroom so you dont have to take your own every time you go for a pee. They have really gone out of their way to make life easy and comfortable for hostellers.
