At Castle Lodge our aim is to provide comfortable rooms & tasty breakfasts for all our guests.
The guesthouse was built with the purpose of being a cosy B&B, in a great location that provides you with easy access to reach Kilkenny town (10 minute walk).
A variety of bedrooms are provided all of which are ensuite and equipped with hairdryers, tea / coffee making facilities and cable TV. WI FI internet connection is available in all rooms and public areas. Complimentary secure parking is available on site.
Breakfast, which is included, is a hearty full Irish Breakfast made of local produce. A lighter continental option is also available.
Castlelodge is a wonderful base from where to explore the City and County, great tours can be arranged to the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary and to Waterford City.

I loved my stay at the Castle Lodge B&B. It was a comfortable stay with lovely staff and tasty breakfasts. It was very convenient to Kilkenny Castle where I was attending a Conference. From the B&B you're about a 5-10 minute walk from many bars and resturants. The only thing I would mention would be the need for curtains in the triple room. Everything else howver was perfect.
