It's hard give a fair review of a hotel where you lost 250,00 Euros. Of course, it's never happened before. Of course, it couldn't be one of the staff. Of course, no one could explain why the balconydoor was open one day. But nevertheless we had a nice room, friendly and helpful staff and the hotel is really good located.

The rooms were gorgeous, immaculately clean and comfortable. The room was comparable to a 4 star hotel we stayed in the night before, I was extremely impressed. It is located down a little alley which is a little bit weird, but still accessible and nice to see during the day. Staff was extremely friendly and kind, good english as well. Great experience, definitely recommended!

I definitely love the place! Its not so much about the facilities but the people running the place that makes it awesome! Vinh was the best! There is one lady in the recep too (forgot to ask her name, my bad) she is also very nice. The hotel doesn't have a lift and our room is at the 6th floor, so it kinda suck to keep climbing the stairs. But overall, the place is great!!!

Our room was lovley-clean, light and well equipped and the location was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited choice but is an adequate start to the day. The alley in which the hotel is situated is alive with activity in the morning but by late afternoon it is almost deserted. We enjoyed sitting having breakfast and watching the locals passing by and the chap opposite selling his shellfish.
