Let me start off by saying we really enjoyed the appartment. On arrival we went to the main hostel, got our key, and head back to the appartment. Located in a sort of residential flat right in between bars & restaurants. Really good location! Near oktagon square, so traveling with public transport is a breeze. The appartment itself has all uneed, but might not appeal to people who are into cleanliness. Didnt bother us at all. It got the Hungarian feel and is decent & cheap! Bring sleepingbag!

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by the hostel. The kitchen is well equipped, the staff very helpful and kind. My only advice would be to add more variety to the breakfast offered. Some vegetables and fruit would be nice.

Free breakfast and the very helpful staff was awesome, but I just wish I had known about the 5 flights of stairs you have to walk up (no elevators), broken wall plugs, and the less than clean state of the bathrooms. Despite the sketchiness of whole situation, it was good value for the money.

The people are wonderful! Great location and price! It is simple and perfect if you are looking just for a good place to sleep at night!

We had a great experience with this hostel. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. I will definitely be returning here when I come back to Budapest in the future.

The hostel is sitiuated near the city centre so that's good. In our bedroom were no curtains, no lamps by the beds and thequality of the beds are not that good bur OK for the price. The security is not really good: no locks on the bedroom door. Good was the possibilty to have breakfast and free internet.

We didn't get room we ordered (with bathroom) becouse of some pipe problems but the owner gave us a discount. Quite good place to sleep, good location.

The only drawback of the hostel that I found was the flight of steps leading up to the reception. They proved hard work for a man in his sixties. But it cannot have been that bad when I visited you and stayed for three nights in mid-April, because I am coming back for another three nights in mid-May!

Great location close to nightlife and touristy things. The staff is incredibly helpful and interactive. Great value for the money! The only issue I have is that I did not feel that my belongings were very secure, but there were no problems.

Great value for money!!! Double ensuite room is decently sized and has a semi-private kitchen (sharing with one other room). Good location!

Nice cozy friendly hostel right in the center of town. The location can't get better; it's in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance to everything to see in Budapest. Generally, good place to sleep. For the price we paid, we got a basic but clean room that met all our requirements for 2 nights. Staff gave us all sorts of recommendations and advice for our 3 days in Budapest There is no personal locker in the dorm.

The hostel is clean, but it's not a regular hostel, it's more like if you are staying at someone appartement. I think it's great if you travel in a group but not if you are alone. there is no locker room. you just leave your stuff in your bedroom. and you can't leave your bag at the hostel for the day.

In general was good, but the bed was not that comfortable. Is well conected, free wifi, and the staff is helpfull. For the price payed and for one night is higly recomended.

My girlfriend and I spent Easter Weekend in the private apartments. It was a wonderful weekend. I would really like to thank the staff for all their help and of course I strongly recommend staying at this hostel. The apartment was just great and in a super location! I look forward to returning to Budapest and staying here again.

The hostel is very cheap so I should't expect too much for it.The staff r good but the hostel is dirty.

The only thing that I missed is the hot water :)

We stayed in a twin private ensuite and it was lovely. The room was large (it is one of two in an apartment) and we had access to a small kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helped us with luggage storage, mailing postcards, etc. The breakfast was simple, but a nice perk. Location is very good, near the metro stop Oktogon and several tram lines, but also within walking distance of lots of sights. I would definitely recommend this hostel/stay here again!

Nice price-quality combination very convenient location friendly staff free breakfasts!! in the morning, simple, but still... For two nights and few money it was perfect. Just one minus - we didn\'t got warm blankets, so it was kind of cold at night.
