The hostel is ideally located: very close to the Cathedral, Alcázar and various shops/restaurants. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions you have. There were 2 bathrooms that we had to share with others which required a bit of organisation, the bedroom was comfortable and nicely decorated and breakfast was okay too. I will definitely recommend this hostel to other people and return here! We had an amazing time :)
It is a very nice hostel. It is like a home and the staff can make you feel comfortable from the first moment. Very good location, 5 min from the cathedral
The owner was barely ever around, her maid who hardly spoke english had to check us in. On our second night, when came back from a tiring day of sightseeing to discover our front door to our room was wide open, and our inside sliding door was locked. Our bathroom and closet was exposed for the world to see, and to make matters worse, OUR KEYS DID NOT WORK ON THE INSIDE SLIDING DOOR. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone (not the owner herself) to come unlock our door. Very unprofessional indeed.
Very good welcoming info. Very small hostel, 4 bed dorm tiny nowhere to put incidentals there are lockers. Nowhere to relax, small loggia tv on wall no chairs. If single traveller not at all easy to meet others. Easy to walk to all sights.
