Very noisy, with doors being banged for most of the night. Little privacy, toilets needed toilet paper and showers very basic. Simple thingS like having hooks in the shower or somewhere to put your soap would be a great help.

Really a pretty cool kind of hostel, great central meeting place inside the hostel, and with a bar it was always good fun. There were some pretty funky smells around the place which you get in large hostels, but the bucket catching the water from the leak in the roof is never a good look.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, rooms with too many guys and a bad reserve system are the bad things. However it's well located, has a good community area and the staff speaks both spanish and english.

A great hostel! Just the place to be to meet people and be in the beautiful part of Madrid. The only drawback is the cigarette smoke that migrates from the bar area into the living area, but there's not a place to hang out in Madrid to get away from the smoke. I would go back without hesitation.

Fun hostel. Showers small but at least warm. Bar is cool, big beers only 350. Right down the street is a cool museum with a bunch of Dali and a cool tech exhibit. Pub crawl is worth it if there are a decent amount of people.

Big. nice building. They use these dumb 'watch keys' that no one can operate. not the best hostel i've stayed at.
