Undoubtedly one of the coolest hostels i've ever stayed at - staff were incredibly helpful (despite the fact the owners had a family wedding in about 2 hours time!) definitely recommended...

This hostel was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Plus the caves were an incredibly unique experience!

This is a really lovely hostel. I was there just before the tourist season starting in June so we didn't get to use the pool which was a same. The rooms are great with lots of storage space and the communal areas and kitchen are also great. However this hostel is a bit of a walk from both the main towns and also the beaches to it's location is not ideal.

We had a great time here. The staff are very friendly and we loved the yoga classes.

I liked the stay in Caveland but unfortunately the rooms were very humid. The owners said it was because of the time of the year. But I think it is in the nature of the climate circomstances of a cave.

awesome place! wonderful view and the owner even offers yoga classes on the roof. power plugs in the lockers is a great idea as well.

Really nice staff, they were very helpful in giving me recommendations of places to see around the island. The hostel was only 15 minutes walk to Fira and very cute!

Caveland was unique. It was frustrating that the website lists airport pick-up & then upon booking they said they don't during the off season. The bus they promised would be available never came, so I spent 15 euro getting there via taxi. Only 1 other person was in my 6 bed room & few others at the hostel, but she helped show me around since I was unable to find staff most of the time during my stay. The property was being cleaned and fixed up, the dogs barking at night made it hard to sleep.

This place is just amazing. Rooms are comfortable, beatufiully arranged and everything is perfect. The guys at the hostel are very good-hearted people always ready to give some information about the place and share their experience as budget travelers. It's an excellent choice. I am defenitely coming back here next time I visit Santorini.

After travel around for many places I can say that Caveland is definitely the best place we had never stayed. Free and strong wifi, excellent breakfast, and the rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. But what really makes the difference in this place is the great atmosphere. Ianis and Costas are always disposed to give a hand and they are very helpful. They love what they do. The day we arrived Ianis gave us all the important info about the islands,sights and taverns. You are doing great guys

Caveland is very unique. Its concept is unlike any hostel I've ever seen, and is in itself a must-see whenever you're in Santorini. Quite frankly, it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are definitely not crowded, they're clean, there's always food in the pantry, and the hostel owners are very much accessible and hardworking. Top marks for Caveland!

The guys who run Caveland are great and resourceful. And super-nice. The place has a lot of charm and you can see the effort and work that the owners put into it. The cave house experience is pretty awesome and the place has a lot of charm right down to the three resident dogs. Highly recommended.

I had a perfect time in Caveland- the winery is one of the coolest places i ever stayed- and the staff is extrem friendly. i had a great time, one of my best hostels i have ever been. Caveland is not directly in Fira, but its only a short 15 min walk to the city and so it is a quieter place. Every room has its own character (liitle caves) and you have a big area around to hang out. lovely place

The best hostel I've ever stayed in! The staff is extreme friendly and helpfull. The location is very unique with a very nice atmosphere!.. We had a beautiful cave for our own.. it really felt like staying in a holiday home. Breakfast and wireless was included. The common areas are very stylish and nice. The Hostel is walking distance from Fira and it just took us 20min to go there. On your way you will find some nice restaurants and its very convenient to visit Santorini starting in Katerados!

lovely hostel, lovely staff, lovely location, lovely setting, hot water, great internet, great kitchen...can't think of any negatives at all. Technically it is a half hour walk in to Fira Town, but as there is nothing to do in Fira anyway, this isn't much of a problem! It is a nice walk past bakeries selling tasty things to the main bus station, from where you can go anywhere on the island. The owners are working hard to make the hostel even better as i type :)

Def. one of the best hostels I've stayed in - staff extremely helpful and friendly, which I feel is quite rare amongst hostel owners! Atmosphere is really awesome, and even though I came in winter and it was quite chilly, the rooms were sufficiently heated at night. Located in a great, picturesque spot and within walkable distance to Fira, but the staff even gave me a lift to the town centre. Very helpful in giving advice on what to do in Santorini. Would absolutely come back, def. stay here!!

In the winter there isn't much to do, but Santorinii was beautiful. The owners of Caveland were great and super helpful.

I dont Review usually.. but being on the go for quite some time I have slept in dozens of hostels..let's face it..you dont find such an amazing place to stay every day. January is a very quite month for the Island so it was almost empty but the property Is one of a kind wth loads of character. Good location with an ATV you are anyway close to everything. Cool owners ready to give you all informations you need to get arround. I can imagine Caveland during the Summer...this place just Rocks!!!
