We have diferents services inside and outside our walls. Inside you will find a travel agency that will take you to the best beaches of Ceará like Canoa Quebrada, Jericoacoara and others. We rent our bikes for you to know the city by your own way. Our facilities will give you the best possible comfort like a big kitchen were you can cook an a freezer where you can keep your own shoppings . A big living room with Tv (cable) and DVD with lots of films were you can choose and relax watching together with the others, beside that, we have an open area were you can enjoy a nice talk on our hammocks together with a drink or beer that we have for you.

The surrounds of the Cearoca are full of bars, restaurants, drugstores and just a couple of blocks of the CEART, that is a small square were you can find the finiest handicraft of Ceará. If you wanna go to the beach, let me tell you that you are only 15 minutes walking to the Iracema Beach, and 20 minutes (by bus) of the Futuro Beach.
We have a single room, a double and 2 six bed rooms.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

Check in after 14:00Hs and Check out before 12:00Hs, If you want arrive here before or leave after this hours, payment one day more!

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year's eve or Carnival.
