Filthy, old and run-down and the man who we checked in with was unwelcoming and not friendly. Got very negative vibes here and did not enjoy our stay at all.

Clean and convenient for a one night stop over. Didn't see much of Cebu City so not sure about location. Staff were able to help with onward plans and we were able to check in during the early hours. No wifi however as apparently it was broken

it was alright

you gett what you paid for. The negative cormments posted are by and large trivial and persnickety. As for the occasional cockroach----come off of it. Save yort complaints for Manila. Anyway, they'v been around a couple of million years, ive heard, far longer than us, and have therefore rights of seniority by any measure.

Simple accommodation perfect for a short stay. Though the room and bathroom facilities were a little bit unclean, the general appearance was neat and tidy. Staff were very helpful and even took a map off the wall so I could find my way.

Awesome staff! Very friendly, super helpful, always cheerful! Get the air-conditioned rooms as Cebu is really hot. If you are in Cebu look no further stay here! Great location too.

Don't take the single room in the back, nr. 5 The staff doesn't respect their own houserules of silence after 11 pm. Shouting at eachother at 6 am in the morning. You want to be staying in the house as a paying guest. The place hangs together with bits and pieces. Don't expect quality, just basic. You get what you pay for.

it was fine for one night but wouldn't stay there in the future. The staff was nice but the atmosphere and cleanliness was really lacking.

ICE cold dorms. Make sure to bring an additional sleeping bag, sweater and jogging pants as you're about so sleep in a fridge.

Really unpleasant place to stay. Dirty, poor customer service and really terrible bathrooms. I'm very happy to rough it but this just wasn't nice.

Honestly the most awful hostel. All i want is a clean bed, working taps in the bathroom, security and helpful directions where i can get food... There was none of that.

I wouldn't recommend this place even for one night stay. We had a room with private bathroom. The shower was broken and we had to use a scoop instead. We only got towels after we asked for it, but didn't manage to get a toilet paper. The bedsheets weren't that clean as well. A very exotic place to stay indeed...

Only stayed for one night but had a very restful end to my journey. Pity the cab driver had no idea where he was going. Staff made me feel very welcome , and the chicken adobo they cooked was a bargain for 150php. Would recommend it for any backpacker looking for a friendly place to stay close to terminal 1

I stayed in a single room, and it was good value for money considering the average price, the hostel is spacious, there is space to hang out, the bathroom is great and the staff is very nice. The only thing was that there is no window at the room. But maybe that's too much to ask for :) All in all, I'd definitely recommend if you are backpacking around and looking for a cheap place to stay!

It's OK for basic budget accommodations. Dorm bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, noise level was OK for busy street. Walls are in need of a fresh coat of paint. There's only two toilets and one working shower for the entire second floor, water pressure is somewhat low. Management needs to close the place for a week to repaint, install a second shower and more lockers. IMPORTANT: confirm your rate if booking thru hostelworld; management initially refused to honor the rate.

I arrived & paid for the 2 nights in full. was shown a small room right at the back of the side building (not sure if this is a part of the guest house) i could understand that rooms were hard to find at this festive time bu the room is very dirty, the sheet on the bed had not been change by the look of it. there is no window and the room had a foul smell. the bathroom toilet outside & must share with laundry shop next door. its also not clean. No other options was available so i left.
