Nice staff, good location, good facilities and a decent size for a long weekend. However the floors were dusty as noted on the bags we left on the floor and the bathroom was flooded by water coming in the window when it rained.
It was perfect for a week staying. It has everything you need to cook your own meals, very quiet, an excelent pizzeria just outside cheapest than near attractions, it has a good bar outside too but not very noisy. Astolfo (the person you meet not the owner) was simple spetacular, he helps us with the shopping, the umbrella, everything you can possible imagine. It has a proper wc not very big but with enough space. It was great
Convenient location, close to Termini, metro station, supermarkets, walking distance to Colosseum. Apartment has everything you need, kitchen is fully equipped. Nice owner and no problems during stay.
We were met by Asfolfo who was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for the two of us with WiFi which we hadn't expected. The kitchen has everything you could need and the shower was amazing. The location is spot on. Really close to the centre of Rome and Termini. The pizzeria next door run by Niño is really handy and the pizzas excellent. Highly recommended. We are already planning our second visit!!!
It is not a hostel, but a small apartment with kitchen, bedroon and bathroon, it also has a clothe washer, what is VERY GOOD.
