We landed in Mo Bay and started our Jamaica adventure at Cedar Ridge and it was the right place to get acclimatised. Arlene helped us plan our whole trip with her extensive connections. And what a view!

It´s a great hostel, it really feels like a home away from home. The only negative thing we found was that when we arrived, nobody was home which we didn´t like especially as we didn´t know how long we´d have to wait ( a shame as it was so good weather....) An hour later the owner arrived, then. Also the airport pick up didn´t really work as they mixed up the schedule. So, well it´s a bit chaotic, but the atmosphere is lovely and the living area beautiful. All the family really friendly.

It would be good to advertise all the things you know on the internet. It'll impress people to see what you offer. I didn't know about the caving in Albert Town or the glistening waters in Falmouth.

We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere here. The house is nicely structured, open spaces and interiors blend perfectly. Arlene is a great host and cares about her guests. Unfortunately, when we went, there was no hot water...hope they will fix the problem soon.

Thank you both so much it was indeed a pleasure to have you. I want to give special thanks for the request to go to church, it has been so long since I have been and it was wonderful to go and give thanks on the first Sunday of the year...please come again and in the meantime, we will work at fixing the hot water issue...

Arlene and Micah make the difference and makes you feel at home. She gave us a lot of information and helped us navigate our trip in jamaica. The house is located on a hill with a nice view. Anyway it is not exactly close to anything (beaches, bus terminal, airport...) and it requires a min of time and money for each trip. It is indeed a good way to keep away from the cruise boats crowds and to experience an authentic side of jamaica

Arlene and her son were really nice. I probably got the best exposure to Jamaican culture there. I got the sample some great Jamaican fruit as well: soursop, June plum, and fresh coconut. The views of Mo-Bay from this scenic lodge were great. Unfortunately, the neighbor's music was out of control. The music was playing when I arrived around 4:00 PM and did not stop until 6:00 AM the next morning.
