This was a great Hostel, clean, quiet and in a great location . Breakfast was only €1.50 and you could have as much as you wanted. The staff where extremely helpfull and friendly, always smiling. The best place I've stayed at in a long while

Hostel has a great location and it was a good starting point for our tours of the city. It is also suitable for families. The staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and had its own toilets. Common areas are always arranged kitchen, dining room and other facilities. We warmly recommend it. Next time we go back to Valencia, we will definitely choose it again.

We booked the hostel 5 days before the arrival. By the time we arrived the prices had changed and we paid 12€ more than other partners that were lodged with us. The bedroom was dirty, we already found a dirtysock on a bed. The smell in the bathrooms was horrible. The website said that the breakfast was included. When we arrived we were informed of the breakfast timetable by the receptionist. When we woke up we were told that they didn't give breakfas since two months ago.

The served breakfast during the first few days, then it stopped and the staff occupied the kitchen for private conversations during morning hours preventing people from having their own breakfast.

semi-professional hostel to stay in, feels very complete with enough acivity ideas in case you have exhausted all the sight seeing options in the fantastic city of oranges. Nice roof terrace and a good place for staying in the city's historic center. Valencia is way better than Barcelona, but Malaga is the best in Spain!!

Good location in the middle of the city, a bit of a trek from the train station though. Clean, has big lockers in the rooms, good free wifi, nice communal area. Really restricted hours that you can use the kitchen for which is really annoying. Roof terrace is a nice communal area but the light up there doesn't work.

Very good location. My bathroom was not so clean, the toilet was not working well and there was paper inside when I arrived. Though, when I mentioned it, a man came immediately to fix it (nice!). The breakfast was very poor, we only took it the first day (nothing fresh, bad quality). The room for 8 people was really too small. The staff was ok, especially Jennifer, she gave us very good advice for activities in Valencia!!

Staying in the hostel I enjoyed it pretty much. Location is very good. In the city centre, which is very comfortable for walking around. Staff was friendly, explaining even small details about Valencia. I liked it! Def-ly will stay again if I visit Valencia.

The staff was not very attentive, nor helpful. For someone traveling alone they were not very encouraging on what to do, where to go, or how to get somewhere. The bathroom in my room was terrible. It was the first floor room, 12 beds, one bathroom to share, and impossible to use more than one at a time. No shower stall, just a curtain, the whole sink was lose, and it was all around dingy. I would stay here again, however. Good value good location.

Hostel was in a good location, staff were helpful however bathrooms and rooms did not seem to be the cleanest. The drain in the shared bathroom always smelt and the floors of the dorm room were quite dirty.

The door of the bathroom of room101is very hard to close Those upper berths are impossible to climb on. The way if how the water works in the shower room is quite disturbing

The hostel was well located, but the staff was not particularly friendly. The receptionist at the time we checked out refused to give my friend back her deposit for the key. He was insistent we did not hand in all of the keys. He had also been asleep at the desk and checking his facebook while this was happening.

My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower turned off every 30 seconds, which was a hassle, and because the shower wasn't built properly, or the curtain was too short, water got all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was fine. The location is in a quiet area but right near the city center. And I loved having those free lockers in the room; they functioned as storage and kept my stuff secure. So for a short-term stay, I would be back!
