The hostel was well located, but the staff was not particularly friendly. The receptionist at the time we checked out refused to give my friend back her deposit for the key. He was insistent we did not hand in all of the keys. He had also been asleep at the desk and checking his facebook while this was happening.

The staff was rude and would not give our deposits back when returning the room cards.

My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower turned off every 30 seconds, which was a hassle, and because the shower wasn't built properly, or the curtain was too short, water got all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was fine. The location is in a quiet area but right near the city center. And I loved having those free lockers in the room; they functioned as storage and kept my stuff secure. So for a short-term stay, I would be back!

The location is great! We've only stayed one night in Center Valencia, but it was comfortable and nice. It's a little bit hard to find for the first time and the rooms are really small, but for this price it was ok. There are lockers in each bedroom, breakfast is great and the stuff really nice :)

12 dorms are not the best choice... too many people, so dirty barthroom and too much noise. 6 dorms are good, since there's less people in it, it's always clean and quite. All the staff is great, they are always nice and help in everything you need. It is located in the very center, so you can walk everywhere. And breakfast is included!!

There was no security when you entered the hostel. Everybody could walk in, you didn't had to show the card of the room. In the room were really big lockers! That was good :)

the hostel was great. i booked for a 12 bed room and was placed in a 6 bed room where only 2 other people were staying. overall, the hostel is centrally located and the staff was very helpful with anything i needed.

Because I stayed in February, I found that one blanket was a little chilly for the night. The instructions on the website concerning how to find the hostel are also a little unhelpful, as the Plaza de la Virgen isn't a big landmark - maybe instructions from Plaza de la Reina would be more useful.

well, cleanliness was not perfect, it seems the floor was not washed up. we wanted a bedroom with two beds and they gave us a double bed with no empathy or way of excuses from staff. the breakfast was the poorest ever I found in a youth hostel. I found it quite expensive within Spanish standards of living and other countries in Europe with more facilites and warmer welcome, obviously this is not for all staff. All kitchen cuttlery was plastic made, instead of washing up your own used stuff

kitchen, common room, breakfast included (cereal, toast, muffin), very functional hostel, not very warm, very worth the money and great location. I will definitely stay there again when I come back, even though the beds weren't the most comfortable. They gave lockers where you can put in a euro and get it back.

This hostel was really nice! It's literally right next to the Plaza de la Virgen, has a free walking tour every day, free sheets, free internet/ wifi, and a free breakfast. The staff were a little reserved and the atmosphere/ community of the hostel was rather poor but the facilities were awesome and the staff completely took care of us.

Nice hostel near the city centre. Nice staff. And specially, great value for money. Only 10 € per night for my booking (+ the 1.50 € fee). Breakfast is coffee, cereal, juice and toast. Would go again.

I thought the hostel experience was a good one. For my first experience in a hostel, I can say that I enjoyed myself. The hostel was in a good location to reach different plazas and it was also within walking distance of downtown.

It's a bit to find the hostel, but if you have a map or gps, there's no problem. But it's a nice location, very near Plaza de la Virgen (my favorite place) and inside Old town centre. I love it.
