Staff were great and really friendly. Can't beat the price and they even include free beer each night and you can book directly through them for tours.

Fantastic Hostel, amazing staff, free beer from 7 to 8 every night ( you can't go wrong with that ), cheap/clean accommodations, great location. Best hostel we've ever stayed at. Met some great people and made some wonderful memories with them. We also high recommend the 3 day Halong bay trip through this hostel, it was brilliant. Def stay here again, its our home away from home!

Excellent hostel, probably the best we stayed at in Vietnam. Great value, rooms are clean, toilets and showers in each dorm are clean and very good condition, wifi and air con in rooms very good and beds are very comfy. Location is perfect, staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Not exactly a party hostel, but has a really good atmosphere and easy to meet people in the bar, and we booked all our tours through the hostel and were not disappointed.

We had a blast in Hanoi, much thanks to the staff at this hostel and all the awesome people we met there. Really nothing to complain about, good value for money, great location, helpful staff, free beer at happy hour, good tours and just awesome people! Also helped us arrange our trip away from Hanoi down to Hue with a trip to some caves on the way, really nice! Much love from the three Swedes!

We had a great stay at Central Backpackers. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and very honest. There is happy hour with free beer which was a good way to meet people. Would definitely recommend the Ha Long Bay cruise with them as well, had an amazing time. Stay here!

nice place to stay but to be perfectly honest if you are looking for a great party there are other hostel in Hanoi that i would recommend. That being said, the free breakfast is very nice, the staff is good, and the location is also very good. My biggest concern with this hostel is that there was mold on the ceiling of my bathroom and if not taken care of this could turn into a big problem.

Nice hostel, very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are a little hard but that's fine considering the price. And they have a little breakfast included!

The staff were really friendly, spoke good English and were able to arrange tours / travel on. If you're up for a party, the bar area is nice in the evenings and a good way to meet others. A perfect, stress free accomodation for my first city in Vietnam!

Had a fantastic time here. If you want to meet people and make friends then this is the place to come. They have a bar which is full most nights and cheap. very close to everything you will need. The staff are fabulous and the Halong bay tour was great. Would recommend this hostel to everyone!

Spent five nights at Central Backpackers, 2 in a private room to get over the long journey and 3 in a dorm. Excelent facilities and perfectly located. Very clean and friendly staff, no pushy stuff just helpful, great atmosphere, and great music (if you bring some), free happy hour of beer, breakfast and great wifi / internet service. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The location is great located and I totally enjoyed staying there! I booked it for 1 night but extended pretty quick to 7 nights. It was really fun and you meet many new people every day. Good choose if you travel by your own as well. The tour they offer to Halong Bay (3 day, 2 nights) was also pretty amazing. You can get it for 95 USD and it was really good (second night in a dorm only 90 USD). Good free WIFI and everything perfect. I would come back for sure.

Toi, thank you so much for having us! This was by far the best hostel we have stayed at. It was a perfect location with clean, secure, comfortable and warm rooms. Loved happy hour and the bar because it brought everyone together and we met so many awesome people. It was a home away from home! We miss it! If we come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again.
