We are a couple and were put in a 3 bed room with 3 single beds, 2 in bunk beds, didn't like this. breakfast not good, no fruit juice, horrible bread. location is great though.

This is a cheap hotel, not a hostel. They had the best breakfast I have ever had in a hostel!

Accommodation is in a good location but much too expensive for a hostel. Furthermore, they are quite inflexible when it comes to booking rooms. For instance, you cannot have 3 people in a 2 bedroom place even if 2 persons are a couple. How ridiculous is that?!

The staff was really nice and helpful, congratulations on finding such nice people to work with! Having a free of charge safe-box in the room was a great help!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, ideal for the beautiful Citta Alta, the bus, railway and tram stations. Excellent value, have stayed there many times before and certainly will do so again in the future.

I liked the big windows in our room and the TV with DVD-Player. And the breakfast was (for italian standards) excellent. The stuff was very kind and helpful! Thank you!

Be ready to get key from you room only at 3 p.m. even if you check-in earlier. The room can be not cleaned yet, so you should wait. And staff does not be sorry for this inconvenience. Location is good, it between central station and old city.

It was a great stay at the Bergamo Hostel. The only thing I could think of to improve on the stay would have been to have WiFi available in every room. Aside from the hassle of having to get up and (maybe) get on line to receive emails and keep in touch, the stay was excellent.

Nice place in very convinient location. Used it to spent a night between my flights. Everything was ok except I couldn't connect to their wifi network and have to do with computer in the common room but that one worked all right.

CHBg is in a very central location, at walking distance from the train station and airport bus stop. Comfortable and clean facilities (I had a twin room with bathroom). Free internet access was appreciated, too. They seem to care about the environment, as they're installing PV panels and upgraded insulation (a tip: get separated trash bins for paper\plastic). Quality-wise, it seemed to me more like a hotel than a hostel. Best one in Italy so far.

Very nice and cosy hostel, close to the train station and the bus stop to the Bergamo airport. Very recommended if you need a place to stay after a late flight or have an early one.

Great hostel for visiting the city. Clean all over, quiet and excellent quality. It could improve the room PCs and establish areas of socialization.

is a good place to stay when you travel to milano trough this airport. the hostel is like a hotel but cheaper, next to the train station (5 minutes walking) and to the city centre - the highest part (15min walking)... also i recommend to make tourism in bergamo, as you're already there it worths.
