Interfering cleaner, know your place u make beds and scrub floors, says it all, managers a tit!!!

No beakfast no large lounge very suffocating. Good beds nice staff. Some local English spilt boys stay in thehostel due to drug addiction and drink all the times. Management should refuse these losers to stay and disturb other guests. One of them was very drink he was smoking inside the room and try to jump off the window.

This is a really great hostel for the price you pay. It's just very small and the beds are really sunken in. But the bathrooms are really clean so who cares!

1. The staff on arrival was very rude. 2. On the website there was no mention of paying £5 for keys or handing over your documents instead if you don't have the money. This should be on the website. I came from Heathrow by bus and had to walk back to the High street to withdraw cash. 3, In the room there was only one single plug behind a bed for six people to use. 4. There was no ladder to get to the top bunk, how are you suppose to get up and down. A chair had to be used totally unsafe.

its well located and good price. theres a small kitchen but enough. If you`re a backpack, this place isnt recommended for you. the hostel is full of people living there, with their own habits and so. the atmosphere could be friendly but dont expect anything really exciting. also, there are no cameras and i had like 4 pounds worth of beer stolen.

you need to walk around from the cellar before you enter your room. Reception is at the cellar base. That is quite unreasonable if you have two or more luggages.

one of the worst stays I've ever had. will not be recommending this place to anyone. horrible smell and atmosphere, woken up at 3AM from someone being sick publicly and loudly.

Good value for money. The staff and location are excellent. It has everything a hostel needs except lockers in the dorm rooms. However, there are security boxes at reception for small items. It has a well equipped kitchen and is located very close to supermarkets.

The receptionist Stefania has been extremely helpful. She helped me with many things. She gave me as well good advices on where to have fun in London.

I do believe this hostel is quite expensive considering what you get. Though I've been impressed from one of the receptionists. Her name is Stefania. She is always smiling and goes the extra mile for all the customers at the hostel.

Good place, but there was no soap in the dispensers in the toilets.

Arrived at the hostel 45mins before the checking time which is 2pm. The staff is too strict by not allowing me to checking earlier as Im actually too tired. Lil bit tolerance would make huge goodness.

best hostel ever, amazing staff and nice ppl

It's an alright place, nothing wrong with it. The location is good, since it's close to an underground station and not far from restaurants and atm machines. The place itself if very small, but it seems organised and somewhat clean. The kitchen is the only place I found strange. The people and staff treated me well, and the room was clean. I recommend it if you're planning to stay 1 or 2 days, but more than that seems too much for the place.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Bathrooms were extremely dirty and always occupied. The kitchen was disgustingly dirty, would not make food in that mess. The bunk beds did not have ladders and was extremely hard to get up as well as being very uncomfortable. There was never room in the common room to sit down as it was too small for the number of people staying and that was the only place to get internet. Worst hostel we have ever stayed before.

The staff is try to be nice, pretty good location. But I don't like the atmosphere of the place.

Improve in giving a condusive place for customers. The place is a bit scary, and quite small.
