Very dirty carpet being held together by studs and bolts. Some of the floors are so old that you can feel it cave in when you walk over it. One of the bathrooms had poop smeared all over

Hostel is in amazing location, close to tube and shops/restaurants. For that price you can't go wrong, but there was one huge down side, too much Spanish people and they were really rude, seems like they own the place.

Aceptable quality-price accord with the situation

When you are paying so little for accommodation in central London you can not expect perfection. We found the hostel functional and met all our needs. In a central location with cooking facilities. ...

Room was described as having an ensuite. The "ensuite" was a shower cubicle in the middle of the room with glass painted white so you couldn't see in. The shower head was broken. No privacy to get changed because of set up. There was no toilet in the room (despite being described as ensuite) and the shared ones in the hallway were blocked several times. Although there were 4 beds in the room there was not enough room for 4 suitcases in the room. Wouldn't want to share this room with strangers.

For the price, there's plenty of better hostels around London. It is cramped, has lots of dangerous, (slippery for outside) steep stairs, and has an extremely unclean feeling to it.

The hostel is rather dirty and not as close to the center as we thought it would be. The team was a bit unorganized but quite friendly. We had to change rooms (11 to 4) because of their bad planning, but were really happy about it in the end. Room 11 stank like hell and the beds didn't allow you to sleep longer than half an hour without getting awake again. 4 was at least not that dirty. I'm used to staying in a hostel but I next time I'll go for a different stay to not get ill from the mildew

Altogether it's a great value for money.Roommates were nice, bathroom was en-suite, mattress ok, cleanliness ok, staff was helpful. Downside: you have to climb some floors, which can be inconvinient with heavy luggages, and wifi is poor. The location is great, lots of restaurants, shops, lively even late at night, so I'd say it's quite safe. Metro stations are very close, and will take you anywhere quickly. This was my 2nd stay, so I'd def recommend it

Most of The staff was really nice and helpful. rooms were wide and beds were clean and amazingly comfortable, The water in the shower was warm and the view from the window was great, However The WiFi is slower than a turtle and it cuts off several times per hour and there wasn't any soap or cleaner in any of the bathrooms. The hostel was a great value for money considering that it has a kitchen and is really near to kensington gardens, Hyde park and oxford street (city center).

Really good location, near to all type of transports. The rooms were a bit small and messy and the linen was not that clean. There is no lockers in the rooms but it is safe to leave the bags and all the possessions there. the wifi connection was not that good

Seems like this hostel has no age limit and most people staying here are staying long term and not travelers. The common area is very small and always packed with barely enough room to move around. Toilets are always clogged and Wi-Fi is constantly cutting in and out. Most the staff here are bad, there is only a couple of staff members who are actually nice. They have attitude and not willing to help at all. No customer service what so ever.

There were not enough plugs in the bedroom and Internet was not working. the bedroom itself was not clean and there was no privacy in the showers room. Apart from that, low price for a good location
