For this money, you won't get any better in whole London. Super kind people and very clean and quiet. We will come back for sure!

You get what you pay for. Friendly staff. No safes - they store your things behind the counter. Only two private bathrooms for 6 floors!! BEWARE!: DON'T let them call a taxi for you! When I wanted to get a taxi to Baker Street to catch my bus to the airport, they contacted a man who drove a normal, dodgy-looking car, and who charged me £16 !!!! This 8-minute ride would usually cost around £10!!!

The hostel is very poor.

People are rude, if you dont speak english very well they treat you like a fool, the bathroon is so dirty, the luggage storage is, i mean come on! Is that a luggage storage?, the room for the things to clean ? Hahaha i though it was a joke, the kitchen is a disaster, please people, try to look anothers hostels with good reviews, dont lose your money, i was supposed to be there for 3 nights, and i ran away the morning before i arrive to find something better! My error was to check only the price.

good atmosphere, location and staf!

The hostel is very dirty, kind of dark, the breakfast is not included, but if you pay 1,50 pounds you can have some bread and juice. Dont have wi-fi, youmust pay to use a super old computer. The staff are very coarse, the only person lovely in that place it was the spanish guy that stays at the reception during the day. And finally in my room, number 2, there was a womam living there, very crasy, and a men too, with all their stuffs. summarizing the only good thing is the location,

Absolutely disguarsting.very dirty.avoid this hostel.

pretty dodgy hostel. filthy bathrooms and the rooms smell. but if you're on a budget it's worth a try.

Lack of communication between staff. Travelling with a group of 4, 2 reservations were "lost" so 2 had to sleep on the floor. Clogged/backed up toilets. Bottom sheet of bedding was changed but duvets are not cleaned between guests. Staff are not knowledgeable about London, they are from other countries (and English is their second language). Directions advertise a free shuttle to the hostel--definitely does not exist. Emails are never responded to.

Probably the worst hostel I have seen in my life. Mold in the bathrooms and common areas, everything felt unclean. No soap in the bathrooms the entire time I stayed there. I think they don't want to spend the $$.The bedding was not changed, I had to ask someone to give me new bedding and it took forever for them to find it. That should be an easy thing to find if it was actually changed frequently. Lost a few of my groups reservations and they had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. WORST EVER.

We thought a youth hostel meant "young" people. But apparently the age limit is 60 and they will let 65 slide if they are cool.

It's a great hostel, very well located and with a terrifc staff! I will certainly stay there the next time I go to London.

Very good from A to Z. Staff made sure we got everything needed. Enjoyed having a shower in the dormitory. Very nice hostel.

Some rooms need to be cleaned and it would be good if them had lockers

tout d'abord les aspects négatifs : l'insalubrité et la saleté: les conditions d'hygiène et de sécurité ne sont pas respectées. Les douches sont infectes et partiellement disponibles !!? L'auberge propose un service de navette gratuit sur le net et personne parmi le personnel n'est capable de vous permettre d'en bénéfier! Aspects positifs : situation géographique, le prix , le calme malgré l'isolation phonique inexistante. j'oubliais ! La cuisine dans 1 cave est ridicule et insalubre !!

There are no lockers in the rooms which is a bit annoying and the staff is not helpful at all. The hostel is well situated though.
