I booked this hostel for two people. I arrived early that morning, my luggage was stored, but in an outside closet when I returned they did not have space for us, but did however move us to a partner hostel. The staff did not however know where that hostel was, and only after finding the 3rd partner hostel did we finally get some straight answers. Need some improvement on booking system, keeping reservations and training staff.

We spent 3 nights in this hostel. Location is very good - 5 min. from Queensway Station and Notting Hill, as well as supermarket. The building itself is in a very poor condition, especially basement, where kitchen is located. Don't buy a breakfast, as we saw where they keep food (lots of bugs and a lot of mould). In general, my girlfriend who is allergic person, suffered a lot. Lack of any privacy in bathrooms No lockers (contrary to what was stated while booking), internet 50p/30min (no wifi)

the staff was really unhelpful and actually pretty rude. they all live there, so they really don\'t give a damn about anything. it\'s kind of a hassle to get into the city from this location, but it is close to a tube stop. pretty far walk from the center of the city too, but the beds, bathrooms and showers were all clean. at least there\'s that.

The hostel is nice, It is the excelent localitation, and is very quiet. The room and the bed is nice, and I think that is very poor with the toilet, but it is very clean.

This review is actually for west 2 hotel where central moved me to. The lack of sinks in the toilets was one of the big problems for me. The kitchen was small and dirty. And a deposit for mug?! Bedding was very worn.

I had a good time at the hostel. My room was really dirty but it wasn't the hostels fault, was the other guys mess so can't blame them. I loved that it was close to Hyde park and the metro. The supermarket was close too always helped. There were few showers and bathrooms but they were working good so I'm not complaining. The only downside is that there was no wifi and had to go to either hungry jacks or McDonald's. If they get free wifi I'd recommend it to every traveler!

Una muy buena situación, buen ambiente, nada de ruido, y habitaciones y baños muy correctos. Quizás un pelín caro. Si vuelvo a Londres, repito seguro!

Beautifully decorated hostel 3 mins walk from bayswater tube station. A little hard to find in the basement, a more visually prominent sign by the entrance from the street would be nice. Maybe too many mexican friends of the receptionist hanging around in the reception might scare some visitors. They were drunk and high.

Awful service, they note everything on paper, so our book was wrong. They don't have lockers, only a room where they stuck everything. The night receptionist lady was totaly rude. I don't recommend this place even for my worst enemy.

It\'s very hard to find, there\'s no sign from prince\'s square saying to go down the stairs beside the telephone boxes. I had to ask around in other hotels. The floors are squeaky and there\'s only overhead lamps and also the atmosphere was a bit dodgy and unfriendly and noisy, especially coming into the reception/kitchen. I love the location, it\'s very close to cafés, cinema, tube and restaurants which is great. In short: It\'s a great hostel if you don\'t plan to stay in a lot.

I think the staff can be more friendly. The first night we came they didn't have a room for us so we were sent to an other hostel in the same neighbourhood. That hostel was bad and worse than the central hostel. The next day we could come back and sleep in the central hostel.

Despite being quite difficult to find and the normal directions not being on the the email invoice I found the hostel good for my needs...A bed for the night. The staff were quite rude and were quite happy to go off on a tangent talking to somebody else while they were helping me check in. But it\'s one of the cheapest in London and I would stay there again.

I stayed at many hostels - good, mediocre, okay enough ones. But this one was truly aweful. The hostel is not managed in an appropriate manner which ranges from insufficient cleaning, bad organisation (missing keys, forgotten bookings etc.), no efforts for security (no lockers, overloaded crammed luggage room with no tags), rude staff, not even the sheets were changed or beds allocated (yes, some people slept in other people's used bedding !!!) etc. !

Good cheap hostel. Good location right near Hyde park. Around 5-10min walk to the first underground station.

The staff was really bad and unkind. And the hostel in general was really really dirty. They didn't give us back deposit money just because we lost the receipt and they told us they didn't have a copy, so we lost than money. The room price was too high becuse the romm was too small for four people and there was a mouldy shower in the middle of the room .
