This is more of a flophouse for locals than a guesthouse for travelers but besides being a little overpriced for what you get here is the good, bad and ugly: Good: Andrew at the front desk, free hot/cold drinking water, free toast, jam and tea for breakfast, free WiFi if you stay two days or more, A/C in dorm room, pretty quiet for such a small place with 14 rooms Bad: Rest of staff, small windowless rooms, small common area Ugly: Mold on walls of basic two bed dorm, smell of room

It is a very functional place to stay.... no frills, not particularly nice, but you get what you pay for, and the staff are very friendly. I was very satisfied.

The place is a bit run down and very basic, but the location is a few minutes walk from sentral station and a good base for the major tourist areas of KL. If your looking for somewhere just to sleep witout paying too much you could do a lot worse.

The location was excellent, two blocks away from KL Sentral. The hostel was always quiet and conducive to sleeping and relaxing. Sometimes the staff was unfriendly and it was a pain in the buns to have to ring in to enter every time. All in all, not a bad hostel.

It was much better compared to the first stay as i was given a different room for my 2nd stay. So much quieter! And thanks to the management providing a very satisfying outcome to the changes made to my original bookings.

We arrived earlier than expected and our bedsheets had not been changed. We had to do it ourselves and even ask for clean ones. The hostel is cheap for KL but not that great. The location however is excellent especially when arriving in the night because of the proximity to the airport bus drop off stop.

Great budget option, friendly helpful staff with good English, room upgraded for free, good free breakfast and hot water for shower. Location close to sentral station so easy to go anywhere.

Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. Need better sound proof for room divider as you here people outside and inside the room.

A great place to stay! Fantastic value for money and Robert is the most helpful and nicest guy I met in Malaysia (if not on the whole of my travels). If I come back to Malaysia this will be my first stop!

it's a really nice and quite place, if you are looking for a place to stay and relax it's the best choice, even if there is a karaoke on the ground floor you cannot hear anything and it's really close to KL sentral and monorail. The staff is always there very helpfull and friendly. They helped me to find a bus to go to Penang!

Our bed had fleas, and when we brought the issue up with the staff, they quickly ushered us away to talk to us. It was quite clear that they were aware of the situation and still let us sleep there. They had not changed the linens since the previous guest. Needless to say we left early and they didn't even apologize. We got our money for the one night back but should have got a full refund. I am not very picky when it comes to hostels but this one was terrible.

The friendliness of the staff does not pay than the place is very different (really ugly) to the pics on internet. They don´t have: - lockers for the luggage - key for the share room - good predisposition to payback a booking canceling
