Excellent, well-priced budget hotel. Self-contained twin room was quiet and had almost everything we needed. We were a bit irritated that we had to ask for a sponge and dish-washing liquid for the kitchenette (these should come with the room if there are eating facilities), however the staff obliged and also supplied a toaster when asked. Housekeeping was also good and the bathroom facilities were kept clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly & helpful staff. They helped me carry my luggage upstairs when I checked in. The room I had was very basic & found the bed to be a bit too short (I'm only 5'7). The shared bathroom/toilets were ok but other guests were very dirty leaving their mess in the toilet. I would recommend this place if you just need somewhere to sleep. It's in a great location & close to everything.

There was nothing special about the hotel, but it had all the basic necessities.

It's ok. It's far cleaner and more secure than most Sydney hostels, but then it has more in common with a 2 star hotel than an actual backpacker place, so don't expect a great atmosphere and friendly staff etc. Location is great (next to Central rail station), and would recommend more for couples or single travellers not wanting to share.

It's a bit far from where everything happens. If you want to walk to the Operahouse it's at least 30 minutes walk, but it's close to the Central Station where you can grab a train into town. Wifi is free and we had our own computer in the room.
