we had an absolutely beautiful stay in central rooms, amazing location, lovely and private tucked away above a little cafe. would highly reccomend for couples, cosy room with TV, clean bathroom and lovely decor. unfortunately we we're let down as the guy who owns the rooms told us we were double booked in the last night so moved us into a tiny hostel down the road which was nowhere near the same standard of our room! massive shame about this because we really did have a great stay here.

This place had a great location, however the guy who checked us in (I'm assuming the owner), was not all that accommodating. He wanted an exact check in time, which is difficult, especially when your train is delayed and you are not familiar with the transit system. The wifi was not great, however the facilities were fairly clean which was a plus.

This is a B&B, so facilities there aren't any. But the room was great and the location amazing. Helpful staff, we arrive before as stated for the check in and no problem they were already waiting for us.

Great location, big and comfortable double bed, very spacious room. Clean and private but small bathroom, it was more than enough for three nights. Best value for money in the Leidseplein area if you're a couple looking for a private room.

good size. easily could fit 4 people. location was great and the general condition of the apartment was good as well, except for the BED BUGS.

When we had booked (back in March) there was mention of a kettle and microwave we had access to. They had gotten rid of it when we came for our stay, that was probably our only disappointment. When we arrived (perhaps because we're Irish) we were dying for a cuppa. I'd have loved even a small kettle in the room just for tea.

I found this place great to stay! Location is excellent and great wifi signal! I would stay again ;)

Very difficult arrival: No reception desk and no answer from door bell. Payment by cash and no receip, looks like it is no declared, but we still need to pay the city taxes. Towels smelled cigarette. Bed linen have some holes. No AC so when we needed to open the window, but it is a very crowded and noisy street. Room filled with muskitoes. We killed 9 in one night, could not sleep. Quite expensive for what it was...
