The hostel was in a great area, located in the center of the red light district. It was not a far walk from the train station, which can be a big asset if you are traveling by train. It is extremely hard to find the hostel at first, as it is just a "hole in the wall" type place. You have to go down random side streets until you come across a small door that says hostel on it. The stairs are extremely steep and can be very difficult to go up and down. Regardless, I highly reccomend this hostel.

So the stairs are really steep like a ladder almost! No elevator. The shower is good but the whole bathroom gets wet. The rooms and beds are so clean! The only thing is, the owner would unlock the door without knocking to clean. And at one point the door was open for the staff to just come through and talk in our room while he was cleaning... The locker doors don't stay locked with a padlock... The location is amazing' just off the corner of Dam! Perfect for the price

great location, but more of a place to leave your bags before you explore the city. difficult given how cramped the space is to have an atmosphere for guests

The location is great, and it's definitely not in bad condition, but it's pretty cramped. It's a lot of people to one room with one toilet and shower. Makes getting ready or getting out the door in a timely matter really hard. Wifi is slow, no breakfast offered, no common room, not a very social hostel. The staff act more like you are inconveniencing them for asking to do their job.

I stayed for one night in a room of 8 bed. The location is perfect. Just in the City center. The rooms were fine, beds a bit small, attached toilet n shower. The staff was vry nice and polite.Overall good experience.

This hostel was great because of the location. Perfect for getting around to all parts of the city. However, the facilities weren't the best. The stairs were very steep and scary to go up and down, especially with heavy backpacks. The rooms were okay, but there was no ventilation and it was extremely hot at night. Very crowded and narrow place. Limited room options. Stay here if you are low maintenance and/or won't be spending much time in the room and want to be within walking distance of every

Lacking a quality communal area, and there were no standard facilities. Location was a plus.

Amazing hostel for a group/not solo traveller. I expected this after reading reviews. Otherwise awesome location and super nice and clean. Rooms had mirrors and plenty of outlets and space. Would stay here again if I wasn't traveling alone! (No common area). Could use a communal Shower because there's only one bathroom in the room but it's a good deal.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location. The staff was not polite, we had to make our own beds, we had no wifi because the wifi cant connect on the second floor. It was a really small room for four and no aircondition and just one small window so it was so hot! I got a really dirty blanket and the matress was plastic so it was even hotter. For the price of the room everything was not so good. We should have gotten paid for being there. Sorry.

It's hard to find which makes its security superior. Staff is somewhat rude. Rooms are hot and ours had a strange noise in the morning. Lockers don't work.

The hostel is very average and i didnvt feel welcomed. Thr night shift staff was very rude (i dont consume alcohol). The shower didny work properly, either you get scaling hot eater ot cold water. The stairs are so steep and if you get a room/bed in the top floor its like going on a trek. I wouldn't stay again.

Wifi didn't work until the end of our stay but otherwise everything was perfect! Loved the condition of the toilet and the room seemed very clean! Location was great as well. Taking suitcases up and down those very steep stairs was difficult and a bit dangerous though!

Very cozy not too open

Shower was either too hot or too cold but eventually we got used to it. The place is very small and to get to it you have to climb a very steep set of small stairs. The hostel workers were not very helpful in providing recommendations regarding the logistics of the city. There is no common area so you must either hang out in your room or outside on the street (which can get slightly impractical).

Amazing location right in the centre of things however no common room so hard to meet other travellers. Wouldn't really recommend for single travellers but awesome for groups
