Definitely not worth what we paid online. Other students walked in the same afternoon and got a bed for a fifth of the price. If we got the same price it would have been a good value. Very basic = bed and a toilet. The lockers weren't very secure, you could jiggle them open if you were really trying. Towels weren't clean, but we brought our own. What I would expect for 15€ but not for 50€.

Bad staff, bad location (unless you like being near the hustle and bustle), absolutely no socializing in the hostel. That being said, I felt very safe, and the rooms were clean and good. Paid €70 for one night. I booked two, and when I called to cancel one they said it was OK. They call me back next day and say I can't and that I said something I didn't (clearly the guy didn't speak English well). I said that was BS and hung up. Of course, he called me back and said it was OK then. Eh.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, not too far from the station or any of the main tourist sights and activities. The room was spacious and there were lockers provided. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but was done straightaway when we asked about it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and always available at the front desk. He remembered requests we had and would act on them immediately. No complaints from me during my 3 night stay. The location is central and clean. My only minor negative comments I have that they can't really change are.... The rooms fit 3 bunk beds so they are very narrow beds. And the stairs up and down the hostel are like climbing a ladder. Super steep!

The location is great! though a bit hard to find at first. Also, the stairs are a bit unsafe and the lobby area is pretty crammed. However, the staff was super helpful and genuinely nice! I believe Rachid and another person helped me out. One of the staffers even walked me to the tram station. Very polite folks. If you're looking for convenience, yes but also depends on your comfort level.

I was there for Queen's Day. Stayed for 3 nights in 10 beds mixed room. It has a perfect location. 2 minutes away from main square and red light. It's a clean hostel in general. There was only one toilet and shower in the rooms which was a big problem for 10 people. The room was cold. Beds aren't long enough for tall people (i'm 185cm - i couldn't fit.) Staff is very nice. It can be one of your choises but don't expect too much.

I stayed for Queen's Weekend so I probably paid a lot more than I would have on a normal weekend but the hostel itself is a nice place to sleep. very comfy bed and comforter and nice clean rooms. however, the place itself is hidden in an alley way and hard to find. there isnt a kitchen and the reception table is very small. the hostel pretty much only consists of rooms. and theres only one bathroom per room. However, the staff was great especially Rachid. he was so helpful and nice

Would be nice to have a common place to sit and meet other people in the hostel. Also, the bathroom was really dirty after only one shower, the floor doesnt help to keep it clean.... But excellent location !!

Pros : location exactly in the center , helpful staff , clean rooms , clean toilets . Cons : no facilities at all except you only wish for wifi and toilet , the stairs are way too steep , the hostel is in hideous place time consuming to find it as it's located at backstreets . Tips : buy what you need in supermarkets nearby like Albert Hejn it's 70% cheaper .

The place is very well located but need to advertise more. It is difficult to find the street Steenhouwerssteeg 3. The guys who work there are very friendly. Richard helped me a lot. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, pero deben poner un anuncio. Es difícil encontrar la calle Steenhouwerssteeg 3. Los chicos que trabajan allí son muy amables. Richard, uno de ellos, me ayudo mucho para ubicarme.

Great cheap option in Prague! The location is perfect, they don't charge you extra for every little thing (breakfast, towels, maps...), the price is very good, they offer tours and discounts to many attractions and restaurants. It's what you expect from a hostel anyway! Can be quite noisy in the morning.

We only stayed one night in the 7-bed room and it was basic enough, what you would expect from a hostel. But it was very clean both the rooms and bathroom. The lack of a common area is a minus-point, and it was a bit hard to find at first but we managed. Great location, as you are right in the middle of where everything is happening.
