Good location, great price, very clean, nice people. However, it was quite loud, partly due to the busy road outside and also due to the doorbell. Although this is a good security feature. it was pretty annoying to hear people ringing the (loud) doorbell for access during the night.

Nice place, perfect if you have to spend a night in Milan waiting for a train/plane in the early morning...it's situated on the ground floor of a building 10 minutes walking from central station, rooms are clean and the staff is ok. There is not much to do around there since it's a chinese neighborhood so don't expect much fun

Room should be equip with fan or air-condition. It woul be good if we have the key of the main entrance. Shower at the old bathroom need to be fixed. No running hot water.

This place is hard to find as there are no hoardings outside the hostel. Its a apartment in a building that they have made as a guest house. The staff is very helpful. Walking distance from Milan Central. Good restaurants nearby.

Very clean, not far from the Central Station, nice staff, quiet, not too many people in one room. It's definitively better than the reviews say!

The hostel is nothing special. Its.location is very good because.it.is.near.the train.station, for.me.it.was.important.since.in needed.to go to.the.airport in the.early morning and then.i.came.back.in the.late.evening. The price.is very good, towels.and bed.sheets are.included. It's rather.clean. It's a.shame that there.is.no.kitchen and no breakfast.option. But.for one.night.staying it.is.perfect.

I won't deny, staff was realy very helpful nice polite etc... but even that couldn't save the day!!!! This is the worst place I've ever been to!!!! Furniture is undescribably old (but not enouph to come out to be vintage or antique), shower is a real catastrophy: water pressure is very low and you can never regulate the tempreture it's either helplessly burning or freezing to your bones, not talkin bout cleanliness of the whole bathroom, and of course the special smell some mix. NEVER RECOMEND!!

DO NOT follow the directions given on the website, they are totally wrong! From the central train station, I was wondering around for an hour trying to find the place and had to call them for help.

It was hard to find, because there are no signs for it. Once we got in it was great though. The staff was helpful and it's relatively close to the train station. Just make sure you have a map before you arrive so you know where to find the place. Once you get there, ring the buzzer (literally that's the only sign we saw) and you'll go right in. Rooms are clean and so is the shower. The frontdesk people were extremely helpful and courteous.

The hostel is clean, close to the train station and comfortable! It's simple, but it was just what I needed. There is always someone at the reception. I recommend! Most of the reviews are very unfair!!

Perfect compared to the cheap price. Very very clean. I couldn't find any dust and stain. It was easy to find from the train station. Eventhough they didn't serve us breakfast, around the hostel there were marts and restaurants so we didn't have any problem. One drawback was that it was quite noisy at night. I didn't sleep well but my collegues said they had been okay.

I arrived and the staff was horrible. I had to switch rooms after my second night. The 'lockers' were smaller than my purse and the hinges were broken. Although towels were provided, the woman who was working gave horrible directions. She said it's right behind xyz, no where to be found. They were rude and horrible. I would never stay here.

The location is good for people passing through Milan because it's fairly close to the train station but is somewhat difficult to find because they do not have a sign. The rooms only have one key so you have to drop it off at the front desk before you go out or leave the door unlocked if there are more people in your room. It seemed somewhat run down and lacked energy
