Charming and warm newly renovated house situated in the area of Levis, Quebec. The property is on a 1 mile long maple tree forest and is easily accessible from the main highway (N.20 main highway, exit 327) The 'Centre Sant�-Nature' is 10 minutes from Quebec city and the Levis ferry terminal. Although we are near Old Quebec, you will definitely need a car to get to the 'Centre Sant�-Nature.'

The house is two storeys and is very well lighted and has big rooms. There is a common sitting area next to the rooms on the second floor. There is another sitting room downstairs with beautiful views on the forest. In the winter, you can go snowshoe in the forest. There is a dog and cat that live in and out of the house. Country biking and walking are also good activities.The house has two levels accessible by stairs.

The rooms are on the second level and there is one shared bathroom. There is also one shared common area upstairs with cable television. The dinning room is situated downstairs next to the kitchen. There is also a second sitting room with plenty of light and beautiful views on the maple tree forest.
