When I arrived it was locked and I couldn't find the door. Then I called them and I was told to wait for 20min. I waited and then entered the apartment which was very nice and comfy.

This is the worst Internet reservation experience I've ever had in my life.We selected late arrival at the place in Koscie (11 pm) because we went there from Bratislava-a 5 hour train ride.After we arrived we found locked doors without any buzzer. I called the phone number on the sign and a guy said "the reservation was canceled, no free places,sorry" then he disconnected and didn't return calls. We were left stranded around midnight in a strange town as the guy didn't offer help.

Wonderful last minute booking in Kosice. We had a wonderful time in Slovakia's second city, and the apartment was perfectly located to explore all of the city sights.
