Awesome. I can't imagine a better play to stay in Busan. I felt as though I had my own luxury apartment in the 47th floor of a cool skyscraper in a cool area, overlooking the Gwangan bridge (unbeatable and breathtaking view). Plus, Emily just bent over backwards to help me, printing train timetables without my explicit asking. Brand-new, clean, and actually convenient, next to Haeundae (good for beach, nightlife and the train to Gyeongju). Airport is a little further, but no probs thx to metro!

This is a luxury apartment with facilities to match, run by a very attractive lady. Own laundry (hi piggy) yummy breakfast, stunning views, superb lounge, wifi BUT there is no staff on site, so it felt a bit weird with just me and a single girl who had just arrived. And can be quite noisy when busy. Easy to find, metro, cafes and handy supermarkets. Could do with an info pack on local sites/events/bike hire etc

I stayed for 2 nights, and I found Emily, the owner, to be really helpful. When I arrived, she was waiting at the front door and showed me how to get into the building. Emily was helpful in getting me settled and gave me some nice ideas for sightseeing. The hostel was clean and beautiful, and the view was priceless. I came here for the view based on other reviews, and I'm so glad I did. As I was the only nonKorean guest though, I wasn't able to make new friends due to communication barriers.

Beautiful view of the surrounding area and a stone's throw away from the subway.

It's brand new luxurious apartment near Centum City also subway station. You can enjoy marvellous view even from bath room. If you take a bubble bath there you may feel like staying as Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. I'll recommend to stay here especially for girls.

Very nice hostel; very modern and clean. The owner was so friendly and helped us out greatly. She even waited in the street with us to get a taxi in the cold! Only one main bathroom though. Would definitely go back!

This place is amazing. It is a condo on the 19th floor, and very beautiful! It is owned by a family and they are so nice and helpful! I was originally staying only one night, but ended up staying 3 nights! Very accommodating! Not very far from haeundae beach, just two subway stops, and the condo is only two blocks always from the subway. Very difficult to find the guesthouse, so you MUST call her when you arrive in the general area. Loved my stay and you should go there if you are in busan!

We stayed at Centum Guesthouse for Christmas weekend and we were not disappointed. The guesthouse is very close to the shinsagae departments store which is very convenient. It is also about a 5-10 minute cab ride if you want to head down to haeundae beach area or just a few stops via subway. We were very impressed at how well kept the place was and were taken back by how nice everything is. Emily speaks great english and is more than happy to help you with whatever you need.

When I was there, it was in winter so there were only 2 other guests at the guesthouse. This guesthouse is a huge, luxurious apartment in a spanking new building, the kind of property most city dwellers can only dream of owning. So space-wise and conditions wise it was fantastic. The owner, Emily, is very friendly and speaks great English too. It's about a short 5 min walk to BEXCO, Busan Cinema Centre and Shinsegae, which are pretty much the only places you would be there at Centum City for.
