The host at Cesare Balbo Inn, Glen, was lovely and provided us with tips on how to get around Rome- which bus to catch, which metro to catch. He really made our stay here so much better. Our room was simple, yet clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here and would return anytime!

This was the first place we stayed during our 2 week Europe trip, and could not have asked for a better first stop. Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. Glen was very helpful and provided us a map, directions and best mode of transportation to each place we wanted to visit. He provided our breakfast early since we were departing very early the next day. Location was great, service was great, it was clean and very secure. Would highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay there for 2 nights and Glenn was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome.

Quiet, clean, excellent location. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast small but adequate.

The place was nice but arrival was problematic as no one answered the door for about 20 minutes, also it would have been nice to know that very loud construction began at 8am each morning. The place is very clean and well located, the staff is helpful and breakfast in bed is always a plus. Generally our stay was satisfactory

There is no common area, the breakfast was served on the rooms (once there is no other place) wich is good but a little bit intrusive. Staff was exellent, very clean, AC was perfect, shower also very good. Nothing to complain.

Fantastic stay. Glenn was helpful and gave some good tourist tips. Perfect location. Very close to the main train station, excellent restuarants and colesseum.

Staff were great, so helpful. The place was clean and quiet and was a fantastic area to stay in around Rome. Would definitely recommend this to others
