Great place, just 3 minutes walking from the gadds area, really relaxing place with a great inner garder and good wifi facility. But the most I liked was the guys who run the guest house. Really friendly and helpfull, they really make you feel at home. I fully recommend this place! Thanks guys!
Best hostel in India if youre looking for a chilled out place where everyone in the hostel hangs out together. The staff are amazing and treat you like family you wont want to ever leave. Not the most reliable wifi but it doesnt really matter, there are heaps of cafes with good wifi in the town centre.
Great value if you're travelling on a budget, the staff is really friendly and very helpful, we made many friends there, it was outside all the rush but still only a 3minute walk to the lake! We felt like at home, it was a great stay and a great athmosphere, thank you! :)
not only the city is beautiful here, the house is a typical desert house with an open gardened patio in the center. Very simple but yet beautiful atmosphere. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very kind and looking after your satisfaction, the guest house is walking distance from the bus terminal and to the city center. Nice sitting around the fire at night to share experiences with other guests. Will definitely be back and really recommend it. Shoukrya!
The beds are made of stone. Very bad for your back. Also the bathroom was full of ants.
Chacha's probably one of the coolest hosts in Indian Guesthouse land, always warmth & friendliness & bringing everyone together round the campfire he makes at night when it gets fresh. It's the 3rd year in a row I've been back to Chachas as they make you feel part of the family. Great cooking from Deepak, Lalua & the team, just 2 minutes walk from the Holy Lake & cool surrounds. So sad I had to say 'goodbye' yet again last night after 11 nights there. Shanti-Shanti... Carlo Roberto, London UK
