One of the best hostels I have ever been! Jose and his wife make you feel like if you were part of their family. The environment itself is really nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Also, you have an avaliable kitchen where you can prepare your food while interacting with the other hostel guests. As a plus, they offer many tours with really good prices. Highly recommended!

This hostel was so great! We took a night bus to Chachapoyas so we ended up arriving at 6:30am but they already had our room ready for us. They make seeing the sights in the area so easy! We were expecting to have a hard time going out to see the Gotca waterfall and Kuelap but they made it so we didn't even have to think about it! The rooms were comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms on all floors. We took another night bus from Chachapoyas and they let us just chill in the hostel all day
What a great hostel! The staff and the owner, José, couldn't be nicer. They sorted good tours and bus tickets for us and were always ready to help with anything. Our double room was big enough and comfortable. Great service and excellent value for money!
Dona & Jose were excellent hosts -- they definitely put care & service before dollars. We would have moved in & stayed if time allowed. All staff were extremely friendly & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a safe & friendly stay.
the owner was so helpful and every time we saw him he was smiling and that really made our stay so welcoming. everything was good with our room & bathroom & kitchen facilities and its also a great place to meet other travellers as you'll most likely be doing a tour with some of them! the only downside of this hostel is the slow internet connection but apparently the whole town is a bit slow so there's nothing to be down about that. the hostel can book you tours for a good price, too. stay here!
Absolutely fantastic, so far one of the best hostels we had in Peru. José and his staff are really friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome at once. José picks you up from the bus even early in the morning, he knows everything and he gave us really good tips and organized a wonderful tour for us and our next hostel in Cajamarca. There is a fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and nice rooms. You get a lot for the little price you pay.
