Good value for money good location. Hot water ☺no kitchen/kettle. And had to ask for toilet paper. But otherwise very good.

We booked for one night and ended up staying for our whole time in Chiang Mai. The ladies who run the hostel are lovely and really helpful with booking and suggesting things to do. All round great trip and accomodation.

The room is really clean although a little dated and we only had a small fleece blanket as a duvet. The mattress is very hard and the security gate is squeaky and quite loud when opened and closed through the night. No security deposit box but reception was so helpful booking excursions and checking in. Showers were hot and towels provided too. Close location to everything in Chiang Mai. Having said all that it is very cheap and you get what you pay for, ideal for 1/2 nights.

Chada has the bare necessities. It's quiet and simple, I loved staying because of this. However the beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

This place is decent value.

Simple but clean. It is within walking distance from all the main areas of Chiang Mai. I will definitely stay again.

the bed mattress is TOO HARD, not ideal for romantic evening. THat is why I rated poor on value for money and facilities. I sometimes had to endure painful week because of hard mattress. I almost decided to ask for refund and move to other hotel, but decided not to.

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about things gong on in and around the town. Definitely worth the baht.

This place was good for the money. The bedrooms were clean. We stayed in a twin room with ensuite. The bathroom was crawling with ants but the shower was hot. The beds were decently comfortable but I woke up covered in bites from what I assume were Mosquitos.

Nice place within the wall of Chiang Mai. Simple rooms with basic amenities. It was a much nicer stay than the hostel we'd just stayed in so felt like paradise. Wifi is pretty good too. A few ants and the odd gecko can be found in the room but that can be expected anywhere in Thailand. Close to restaurants and bars. Also directly opposite a cheap laundry service that washed and ironed all our clothes for cheaper than anyone else we could find. Can get the room cheaper online though
