Nice enough place no problem. Pedalled as 4 star but i'd say 'a good 3' as there's no lift/phone/intermittent hot water. Well situated but can be noisy depending on room i guess. 10 min walk to beach but there are plenty of bikes/taxis nearby if you're fat. Jontiem beach nearby is nicer/quieter and worth a visit also.
