Freezing room and common areas. We requested a heater but the room didn't feel much warmer. Lots of blankets on the bed however. WiFi didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was poor. Room on the ground floor next to the communal television and reception therefore it was difficult to sleep - music and staff voices from 5.30am! Good location only a few minutes walk to the main plaza.
Very nice hostel. Perfect location. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff, but they don't speak English well. In our room there were problems with the wi-fi connection. The water was warm, not hot. Overall, we would recommend this place.
The hostel is clean and silencious. The staff is very friendly.

The staff was very helpful, Angelica even took us to a market to help us find some cheap clothes and a part for our computer, thanks again Angelica! The hostel was cold, they give you warm, heavy blankets, but heat would've been welcomed. They also provided space heaters for the rooms, but it was very cold in the common areas. The staff helped me to book my Machu Picchu tour, which made it easy.
Nice clean hostel with nice comfy beds. Not much socializing, but rally nice place. Close to main square.
The breakfast was described as "fantastic" but it was just the usual bread and jam which was disappointing. Also there was surprisingly few people there considering the price and location. Showers were hot and it was kind of nice to be in a quiet place before heading out on the inka trail but not good for meeting other people.
Nice Hostel/B&B close to the City Center. I booked a single room, which they did´nt had free the first night. The following days I got a 8-Bed room for myself...The hostel staff doesn`t speak englisch but was still as helpfull as you can be, if you don`t understand your guest. The rooms had new matresses and were clean. The breakfast is very basic. Still I liked the place for its atmosphere and the other travellers I met.
