Freezing room and common areas. We requested a heater but the room didn't feel much warmer. Lots of blankets on the bed however. WiFi didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was poor. Room on the ground floor next to the communal television and reception therefore it was difficult to sleep - music and staff voices from 5.30am! Good location only a few minutes walk to the main plaza.

Very nice hostel. Perfect location. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff, but they don't speak English well. In our room there were problems with the wi-fi connection. The water was warm, not hot. Overall, we would recommend this place.

The staff doesn't speak English so well

The staff was very helpful, Angelica even took us to a market to help us find some cheap clothes and a part for our computer, thanks again Angelica! The hostel was cold, they give you warm, heavy blankets, but heat would've been welcomed. They also provided space heaters for the rooms, but it was very cold in the common areas. The staff helped me to book my Machu Picchu tour, which made it easy.
