This place to stay was a very good choice. First of all, Liptovsky Mikulas offers a lot to do and see, in our case, we went hiking and did wonderful walks (different mountains in this area, very near). The hostel is one of the best we have ever seen, the rooms are nice and clean. Dan and Clare manage the chalet very well, are really friendly and, what's more, advised us on the possible walks and the region, giving us maps and then driving us. We were far from being disappointed!

Staying at Chalet Slovakia was more like staying with old friends than staying at an inn. Clare and Dan were incredibly helpful with directions and information about tourist sites. Breakfast was great, our room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. I would send anyone I know to Chalet Slovakia.
