I enjoyed my stay at the hostel, except for one thing --- there is a lot of noise from the place opposite my window in room D. This is not the fault of the owners of the hostel, and is a shame because if the people next door didn't have parties on Sunday night going to 3 am it would be a perfect hostel. I found the room beautifully decorated and always clean, the staff very helpful and informative, and the location perfect. Cleanest hostel I have stayd in so far. The rooms have oriental charm and the hostel owner Ahmed is very kind and helpful. Was here end november. Istiklal St that is next by was very busy. Location is a big plus,Taksim sq is 3 mins by walking. Ahmed is helpfull & was kind to let me check out till 5pm as I had a late night flight. Hostel is well kept,room was comfy but no lockers. Overall I found the hostel & shared bathroom to be kinda small as Cafe is seperate. Also has no common room, no desktop Internet facility & no travel/map/event library. This was a convenient hostel and I'd recommend people to stay here. It was handy being walking distance from the main shopping street and the central area where all the major nightlife is based. The staff were helpful in providing useful information on what to do and where to go around the surrounding area and also allowed us to check in when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The room was of a decent size and the food served in the hostel cafe was good quality and reasonably priced.This was a convenient hostel and I'd recommend people to stay here.
