Hotel très bien placé, port, petite rue piètonne avec petits resto tres sympa et raffiné en sortant de l'hotel, plage et et marché à quelques minutes à pied - hotel tres simple, difficultés pour se garer, chambre trop étroite et avec un vis à vis impréssionnant, chambre mal insonorisée (on entend le voisin ronflé!!) 60 euros par jour pas vraiment justifié sauf pour la période (15 aout). personnels agréable.

Chere Hostel, J'ai un petit remarque concernant la lumiere dans la toilette au premier étage. Je pense que le temps pendant lequel la lumiere fonctionne est trop court, et c'est tres génant d'ouvrir la porte pour qu'on gagne de lumiere... Mci pour votre attention.

the family in the hotel was really nice and friendly and we liked the little garden. the location in the city was also very good.

Upon arrival we found out that the hotel had taken an additional 67 euros off our credit card the day before. This was explained to us that they wanted to make sure that we had money in our account before we arrived. Not happy! Considering we had planned on paying the balance in cash this is particularly annoying and may have needed that money elsewhere.

Towels were never fresh, they smelled like mildew. And the worst part was that i had bed bugs in my room.

Charming hotel, not very good for the money although it is very well situated in the middle of the ancient area of Cannes, next to the festival palace, the port and all the shops.

I truly enjoyed staying at the Chanteclair. It is very well situated and the owners are kind and very helpful. The immediate surroundings is like a fairytale in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel.

Well the staff is friendly, no speaky english, so not helpful, but friendly. Other than that, right next to the beach and party scene, and a cheap grocery store up the street.

Small rooms but cheap for the area - fine for a short stay but could imagine it getting a little cramped for longer periods. Great location, clean and friendly accommodating staff.
