een wat uitgeleefd hotelletje dat provencaals aandoet , gelegen achter een binnenkoer en dus rustig. kleine simpele kamer met lavabo in de kamer, wel aparte douche en wc ensuite. geen TV in de kamer. het ontbijt is een typisch frans ontbijt, koffie, fruitsap, een croissant, en een stuk brood met confituur en boter. wel een zeer goede ligging in de oude historische wijk van Cannes, bij alles vlakbij. de eigenaar runt het hotelletje helemaal alleen, hij een Deen en zeer vriendelijk.

Though a bit rundown, this place really can't be beat in terms of price and location. With Cannes' limited hotel options for budget travelers, I'd definitely consider Chanteclaire in the future. The only problem was that there seemed to be mosquitos either in the room or coming from the foliage outside. Got some bites (NOT bedbugs) on my legs, ITCHY! Also, the tiny showed is in the room and has glass enclosure that is see through. Not ideal for privacy.

The heater was turned off in the first night that I was freezing in the middle of night. the water pressure the bath is not enough. The water temperature also not high enough. In the second night I was attacked by mosquito and I did not bath due to the water pressure and temperature is not enough. All this factor make me cant slept well in the 2 nights. A comfortable bath and sleeping well is very basic for a hotel or hostel

Great little hotel. Great location and nice staff. Room was small but al in all good value.

The staff were very friendly. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the town and near the weekly markets.
