In addition to having comfortable rooms, kitchens, and after paying for three nights you receive free laundry service. For every 5 nights you stay, you receive the 6th night for free.
Drawing upon the evacuation of October 1999, the population of Baños, saw the need to develop a plan for the safe coexistence of people and tourists with the Tungurahua volcano, so we designed a 'early warning system.'
We offer discounted rates for bikes, Jeep hire, Motorcycles and horse riding.
CharVic Property is open 24 hours a day, the minimum stay is one night and the output time is the following day at 12 noon, payment can be cash or credit card, discounts for groups is 20%

i really enjoyed my stay at charvic! So cheap, 4,5 in $ for a private room. (small but just what you need!) They got a nice view from the roof. kitchen. Maybe the nicest hostel staff i've experinced in south america. The location is also perfect. easy and nice to get around. And you get 10 % off for renting a motorbike etc. through their contact. Recommended, especially on a low budget !!
