If there was a higher rating than excellent for the staff they would definitely merit it! Exceptional location, everything about this place was fantastic, and above all, great value for money. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Everything else is just above average. Not enough bath room /shower on the first floor that I stayed in.

The hostel is also an information centre so you get discounts and free trips. There are free drinks at the reception. The location is great which is at one side of the Charles bridge. There are shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful.

This place is great - stayed in 7 bed female dorm - no bunks! Bathroom large, smelt a bit funny but I put that down to the floods. Staff also very helpful as they also run a tourist office - given access to discounted or free tours. Not a overly social hostel but would stay again :)

Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location could not be better. Faclities were fine and extremely resonable priced. Only slight point of criticism is that the clothes draws had not been cleaned.

This hostel has a lot of character and I think it is unique. The location is great literally 20 steps from the Charles bridge and you will be able to walk to anywhere from here. I stayed in the female dorm and it was great. The staff will help you with anything you want and they are fun, but Michal is exceptional I wish every hostel had a Michal, he is just 100 %!

What a great "landing point" for us to stay at in Prague. The hostel is literally a one minute walk to the Charles Bridge in one direction and about a two minute walk to the trams in the other direction. The staff was great! Michael clued us in on a fabulous place for a great Czech dinner away from the "tourist eateries." Thanks for a great stay in Prague to the Charles Bridge Hostel staff!

Great location but too touristy for my liking. Bedroom was good, lockers provided, kitchen, common room w/ tv and computer and wifi everywhere. Excellent staff.. little occupied with tourists sometimes so you'd have to wait for service occasionally. But they were very helpful and friendly. Free coffee! Security is poor due to the fact that a girl in my room brought home a boy and he spent the night.. UH NO THANKS not in the same room-no one to kick him out. A little smelly but overall great.

We stayed in a female-only dorm room, and thoroughly enjoyed the Charles Bridge Economic Hostel because of its location, safety, and cleanliness. The ability to book various activities through the front desk was also appreciated. Highly recommended!

The hostel also works as a tourist information desk, so there is always lots of people there. the staff dot know who is staying in the hostel and who isnt, what is annoying because everytime you went there to get the free water ou ask for a coffe you have to explain yourself. Poor characther and atmosphere. good thing is that they have descounts for many shows and 50% descount on the segway tour! we were in a private room, huge, nice kitchen and bathroom... the location is verygood.

Having an info centre and hostel in one is brilliant! Amazing deals for tours and super easy to book tickets for most shows you'd want to go and see! I especially love the unlimited free water bottles and good coffee.. Little extra things like that go a long way! :)

Nothing but positive things to say about this place! Chose it for the location and price, but the staff turned out to be super friendly and helpful and the rooms really nice. So much better than I would have ever expected from a hostel!

There was a snafu with the booking when me and my friend went so they upgraded us to a private apartment at no extra charge! The staff is very helpful and nice and the location is fantastic.
