Location was awesome, right in the middle of where you want to be in Prague to be able to see everything. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, without them the trip would have been a lot different and I wouldn't have done half of the things we were able to. Awesome hostel, worth every penny.

Wow!!! This is hands down the BEST hostel ever!Me and three friends stayedhereanddidnot wanttoleave.TheSTAFF and amenities are incredible. Our 4 person private suite/ HOUSE was everything you would want/need and MORE. Teh staff REALLy went above & beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and took care of us better than any 5 star hotel.I completely recomend this hostel to anyone.MY friends are VERY hardto impress and they give u 5 stars lol THANK Ucharles bridge hostel u are THE BES

It was great and the staff were very helpful. I know they cannot control the street noise but selling earplugs could help. It is the price you pay for a great location.

it is the best hostel in Prague, the location is great right next to the Charles bridge. the Owner are very nice and they will give you every discount they can so you can enjoy your visit. I did the Segway and i got a 50 % off. the Staff are really nice. definitely when i go back i will stay there.... Thank you Charles Bridge Hostel

This is the best place to stay in Prague! The staff is wonderful, and the rooms are very clean, spacious, and safe! They have three levels of security: your room key is needed to get into the hostel area itself, then again to access your floor, and then again to get into your room. I was traveling with two other girls so this made us much more comfortable traveling on our own! The hostel staff provides a free walking tour daily, and there is free coffee and tea in the lobby all the time!

I have stayed in over 15 highly rated hostels around Europe and this Charles Bridge was the only one not to have a single flaw. The staff were above and beyond helpful and were able to manage both customers and hostel guests with ease.

Probably the best hostel staff I've every met. On my last day, one of them helped me find the way to the airport, and then gave me a free coffee and postcard. Also a location that's got to be hard to beat: right on the end of Charles Bridge.

As a girl traveling alone I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of by the hostel. I met several interesting people during my stay and was very impressed by the staff. I had a train that was leaving on midnight the day I checked out and so they let me stop back in and use the computers and store my stuff, always offering a free cup of coffee or tea. The location is unbeatable.

The staff is extremely helpful and really nice. I ended up booking a trip to Budapest and so i was going to have to leave the hostel a couple nights earlier than i booked and they were completely flexible about it, and gave me my money back with no issues. They were always willing to give you advice on what to see and how to get to places. The breakfast voucher they give you definitely use! You won’t regret it. I loved Prague! And I would definitely stay at this hostel again when I go back!

Best hostel I have stayed in during my travels. Staff are so friendly and helpful, picked us up from the Airport and arranged a driver for the return trip at 4am. Location couldnt be better, right by the bridge. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here. As it operates as a tourist info centre we got lots of discounts on great walking tours etc. Thanks for making our stay in Praha!

rooms were big and not cramped. staff was helpful most of the time although it can get crowded and a little annoying because it is also a tourist information center. it was nice to go out and come back to the hostel to use the wc or eat. Conveniently located but can be noisy at night.

Staff is so nice and helpful! They carry your bags, make you coffee, pet you in any way possible without being annoying! Location is unreal, cannot think of a better spot. Only downsize is the configuration, there's not a lot of room for interaction. Would defenetly stay there again!

Fantastic hostel! The location cannot be beat, right at the foot of Charles Bridge. And the staff was great, so much help and super friendly. Female only dorm had a huge washroom. Only issue is that the mixed dorm I stayed in was right off the kitchen and common room. So it was noisy and the door wasn't secure. Still, one of the best hostels ever!

Perfect location, sweet n very helpful staffs, spacious n beautifully decorated rooms, cute balcony for smoking, delicious free nespresso... No need to say more, it's a perfect hostel ever!! definatly wanna stay again!!
