Having an info centre and hostel in one is brilliant! Amazing deals for tours and super easy to book tickets for most shows you'd want to go and see! I especially love the unlimited free water bottles and good coffee.. Little extra things like that go a long way! :)

Nothing but positive things to say about this place! Chose it for the location and price, but the staff turned out to be super friendly and helpful and the rooms really nice. So much better than I would have ever expected from a hostel!

There was a snafu with the booking when me and my friend went so they upgraded us to a private apartment at no extra charge! The staff is very helpful and nice and the location is fantastic.

I LOVE THIS HOSTEL! I stayed in four different one on my trip this time and this one still is the best. The good: location is right at one end of Charles Bridge. Free tea, coffee and water. Staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a machine for you to buy bus/team ticket right in the lounge area. The bad: I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to my friends and family members. Actually if I have to give a reason then, shower water pressure is really weak : )

This hostel was amazing. It is literally at one end of the Charles Bridge. There is a market (kind of like a convenient store) across the street to buy croissants (then come back to the hostel and ask for your free coffee/tea/cappuccino) and you a great inexpensive breakfast. I love their free water! I don't recommended the Segway tour (I did it, and it was fun) if you're looking for it to be informative about monuments and such. For that, I highly recommend the sandeman's free morning tour

This hostel is made-of-win! Location is absolutely amazing, staff goes beyond their obligation to help you, it's very clean, very charming and in all the only thing they charge you for is the room, as they offer you a bunch of things for free. One of the best hostel I've ever stayed! Their walking tour is amazing, by the way. I highly recommend it. :)

As other people have said, the hostel staff are great and will give you information about anything you need. The location of the hostel is ideal for exploring both sides of the old town, however the very noisy (drunk and singing) tourists might keep you awake in the (dorm) rooms facing the main street. The 7-person female dorm is spacious enough however the bad smell coming from all the sewage pipes in the ensuite bathroom is quite unbearable (even though the bathroom fixtures are new).

Loved the free coffee/water available for guests, and it definitely helps to have the front desk located at a tourist information centre when figuring out what to do/see around Prague.

This was a fantastic hostel. My flight was delayed by 6 hours and I arrived at 10pm, the staff was very friendly and helpful despite the fact that I was late. They offered me bottled water and espresso and check-in went smoothly. I was originally set to stay in a room of 5 but there was a group of 4 older women already staying there. The staff suggested it would be better to switch to a room of 7 as there were younger ppl and I would have a better experience. They were right. Would recommend

This is a great hostel at a really easy location for seeing Prague. The fact that it is connected to a tourist office also helps! Bring ear plugs though as the street below is very loud all night

It was great! This hostel is smack down in the middle of Old Town, within walking distance of everything. The staff is friendly, and I got great information about free tours and exchange rates. I would definitely go back to this hostel.
