Good hostel. It´s located directly at the Charles Bridge, which is quite comfortable because most of the city spots are in walking distance, although the street is quite noisy due to the masses of tourists. The staff is very friendly, they offer free city tours and you get complementary water and coffee at the front desk. You can borrow padlocks, however the lockers are not realy safe (small wooden bedside lockers). All in all very good value for money.

Me and two of my friends had an amazing stay at the Charles Bridge Hostel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Free coffe. tea and bottled water was offered everytime we passed reception. The location could not of been any better either. Everything on your doorstep. The instructions from the airport to the hostel were very easy to follow too. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Good location that is close to the charles bridge, and easy to access from the public transporatation. We stayed in a en-suite for 4 ppl, with private kitchen and bathroom that are spacious, neat and clean. Very good value to stay here!! The staff are helpful and nice , and the little black cat WIFI as well :) However the breakfast place (Bohemia Bagel) suggested by the hostel, is not that good as we thought and over-priced.

I loved this hostel!! The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great, only a few steps from the beautiful Charles Bridge and only a short walk from everywhere else! It was really easy to get to from the airport, just a bus and a quick metro. Although definitely make sure you look into it before leaving, otherwise it might get a little confusing. And free coffee and bottled water is always a major plus in my book.

Our stay was great! The hostel is in the perfect location - close to everything you'd want to see in Prague. It is very cute and has a great feel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Another great part of this hostel is they have free coffee, tea, and water! However, the only this I would NOT recommend is the free walking tour provided by the hostel. The tour guide took us around the back streets, showed us department stores, and talked about the metro. Other free tours are better.

This hostel was unbelievably amazing. The employees all go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. They offer great advice on where to eat, shop and sight see. This is the only Prague hostel I would stay in or recommend to friends. Excellent

The rooms were SO clean. it was by far the nicest hostel I've stayed in. The front desk is also the tourist information booth so they are extremely competent. The location is amazing for tourists looking to sight see. If I go back to Prague I will definitely be staying here.

Staff is friendly and lovely. They are helpful. But, I dont feel valuable to buy breakfast ticket. The restaurant cooperate with several hostels and hotels so that they can provide good quality service to us. In the end, we refund the tickets and go to Mc'.

I can't say enough good things about this hostel. Amazing location with fantastic, super friendly staff. I walked in and they gave me tea, cake, and a shot of some Czech alcohol. Despite staying for only one night, they treated me like I was a VIP customer. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. I wouldn't even bother, because I nowhere could compare to how great this place is.

From check-in through check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a tremendous location to be located basically right at the end of the Charles Bridge. I still can't get over the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Free coffee and water bottles throughout the entire stay. Great rooms with a living room and kitchen makes it a great place to relax and meet new people before and after exploring Prague! Will definitely be suggesting this hostel to all of my friends!

I was traveling for three weeks and this is the best hostel I stayed at by far. The staff was the best part, which is hard to say since everything was so nice! Before even getting us all checked in they offered us tea, coffee, and water and went over all of the facilities, as well as all of the discounts and free tours, etc. available. They then proceeded to help us take the bags up the stairs. Every time we came in they were so friendly and helpful. The whole hostel was clean and pretty.

This hostel is the perfect place to stay . It is right next to the Charles Bridge and all the main sights are in distance. Additionally, the hostel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful: the reception works as a Tourist Information as well, so they know everything there is to know about what to do in Prague. The rooms/bathrooms/kitchens are clean and provide everything you need during your stay. The only negative thing was that it was quite noisy in the night, but on the whole I loved it!
