Staying there feels like being in someone's house rather than in an anonymous hostel. I stayed only one night, but might be perfect for 2-3 nights to discover more the beauty and vibe of the southern states.

Nice place, noisy beds is my only complain the mattress have some kind of plastic on them . The location in really nice it's about a 15 -20 min walk to get down to the main town I'm from NYC so the walk is average for me . I like the street the hostal is located on there's a lot of good food and places to hang out with in 3 or 4 blocks

I really enjoyed staying there - the staff is super nice, the breakfast is good and the location is pretty nice, too. You can rent bikes and you'll be in downtown Charleston within 5 min!

beautiful traditional house, super stylish bathroom, really friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming place full of very friendly and interesting people.

Old traditional house in a quiet location within 15 minutes walking to the main street. Pretty safe and comfortable, it is a good place to chill. Downside : no staff at night so you will have to handle the loud drunk guys coming back late by yourself.
