A great place for younger travelers. There was a very lively atmosphere late into the night. It is very helpfull if u are a deep sleeper, the kitchen and other guests and get loud. It can be a bite loud for a light sleeper. It has its own bar/ Resturant. it is located in the center of the old city. If you are coming from the train station expect a 20 - 30 min walk. All of the sights are with in easy walking distance.

Probably the best hostel in town. It's quality is from average to good; but the atmosphere is awesome. There is kind of a pub downstairs the hostel which is not that expensive, has quite a decent number of different beers and a babyfoot table!

Charlie Rockets is a fun hostel in a great location. The bar is cool and I loved the building. However, the luggage room is just a back room that's unlocked, and the slats in our bunk bed broke during our stay.

Charlie Rockets is a functional accommodation to stay in the city center of Bruges. Be sure to have your ear plugs with you otherwise it might be difficult to sleep in the night.

The bar is awesome and the staff are pretty cool, watch out for 'leo' he is a bit of a sleeze but harmless. The breakfast is average, boiled eggs, toast and cereal with jams and spreads, but its better then nothing. The showers are beyond horrible, you be better off standing in the rain. Walls are paper thin and the street can be noisy, but its an awesome place other then that. Staff are helpful and full of advice. I would stay there again

Has its quirks, but Charlie Rockets has a surf-rock, hoppin' atmosphere, with energetic staff, and great life.

downstairs there is a bar. It is a bit noisy at night. But the atmosphere is nice and location is great. Hot water is too hot. And the bartenders are so cute. they are also the one who runs the hostel.

Nice services. Everytime you need to return the room key when leaving the hostel, which makes it convenient for customers!

A hire locker for luggage/ backpack would have been welcome. Otherwise, a good stay!!

The lady receptionist was useless. Why work in a hostel when your not a people person.. And one of the bartenders *cough* leo *cough* cannot handle being politely rejected several times, resulting in you being accused and abused of absurd things. The hostel is in a great location though, very close to the main square.

Seemed like a lovely place, but there was no lockers in the room, and during the night, we robbed. the staff were of no help at all and weren't interested in the slightest

I had a great stay. I didn't have any problems with security, and nothing was taken from me--but I always feel better when a hostel has a locked storage closet for guarding guests' bags during the day of their check-out. It all worked out for me this time...but it's at least worth mentioning!

My friend and I had a good stay at Charlie Rockets. We enjoyed the fact that the room was shared just between girls. However no kitchen was available to make ourself some food which is in Brugea,a quiet pricy city, not the best option for students. The location was perfect and the hostel containing a public bar on the ground floor invites to spend some enjoyable time and relaxing after a day filled with culture.

Fun bar downstairs. Staff were not helpful when we called for directions from the train station, and hostel was difficult to find (hidden on side street). Rooms are upstairs from the bar off a creepy green staircase. Showers and toilets not so clean. On upside, rooms seemed clean and overall location to center of city was good.

Charlie Rockets is the place to be. Location couldn't be better with the rooms off to the side and connected to a fun bar that is a good mix of both locals and travelers. The staff is where it's at, super fun and friendly, always eager to offer tips to really see Brugges. Shower area had a strange smell but it got the job done and spent such little time there wasn't an issue. Great for a party!
