The staff was not helpful, the rooms and the toilets were a bit dirty and noisy. Plus there was no wifi. However the bar was very nice.

It did what it had to do. We got some beds, a shower, and breakfast. The breakfast was quite limited for 4€ though.

The staff was not helpful, to much time to make the check in and check out. The shower has not enough water, too difficult to wash the hair. The cleaning is not their priority. They don`t have parking. The breakfast is poor, so the money is not worth for all the package. The only good thig is the location which is in the city center, but in a overall I don`t recommend.

The hostel itself was good, great location, nice rooms, a bar and a pool table. However there was a particular incident with one of the members of staff (a young middle eastern/north african man), who became quite aggressive and belligerent towards me and a friend when we asked about the pool tables. It was quite shocking that a member of staff would act this way towards a customer, had this been any other shop, bar or restaurant i think he would have been fired on the spot.

Good location. The bar was interesting! Surprisingly quiet at night considering there is a bar below you. Showers were okay. We had a double bed private and it was very comfortable. The hallways did have a weird smell though and we woke up with some suspicious bites on us. Breakfast is underwhelming but can't complain if you're on a budget!

Most staff members were very rude and not helpful, but there was one particular man who was lovely and very helpful.

This place was really gross! Mold on the walls. And suspicious bites appeared after sleeping there. Bathrooms seemed rarely cleaned. Wifi was only in the bar. People had to cross the bar to check in with all of their luggage. Not worth it at all!

We stayed at Charlie Rockets for three nights while in Brugge. It was a really cool place, part hostel part bar. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. They have a lot going on there like pub crawls and free walking tours that leave from the bar. A lot of people complained about the noise in reviews, but it didn't bother us too much. The bar is open til four am but the streets of Brugge are likely to be noisier than the bar at most times. Make sure you do the pub crawl and the free

The location is brilliant. The 0 floor of the hostel is A BAR, so it is calm during the day, but in the evening it gets crowded andyou can get wasted and climb the stairs to your room sleep :-) there is a lovely free guided tour with an extraordinary guy Kai, however you should get info at the reception first. The rooms are cosy, very basic. The shower sucks and the breakfast is very very basic. However all these details are nothing in comparison with the atmosphere and design of the place,

This hostel was basically a big pub with a hostel attached. The pub has pool tables and a foos ball table. The hostel part was basically nice clean dorm rooms with showers and toilets. There was wifi available in the bar but not in the rooms. It had a great location close to the Belfry. Must recommend the walking tours with Kai - an entertaining tour with a smart, funny and knowledgeable guide. He also runs the pub crawls.

Charlie Rockets had a great atmosphere, the bar downstairs was a great place to hang out. Rooms and beds were clean, but there was a really bad smell in the hallway which definitely took away from a totally pleasant experience. The breakfast was 3euro and included coffee, tea, and bread with jams, nutella, and cheese. I would recommend this hostel and Brugge is a great town definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Charlie Rocket, this hostel is in the center of the town, very, very well-placed!! 2 minutes walk from the Burg, the main place in the town! The bar is really cool, and we fast don\'t hear the music from the bedrooms. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the pools (there are 5).

The location is good but the attendant not respect for clients, no help at all. The room from fire-alarm plan was 1 bed room; in room were 4 beds 2 in top of others. Room not clean with graffiti, no table, no space. I think its a bad think for Hostelworld to take care of this place. I was in different places with Hostelworld but this is the worst place in the travel world. Just the fame to be in town center. i could send picture to see how is. The receptionist was no polite when I asked for h..

Fun place to be, nice staff and I was lucky enough to only meet nice and fun people who were also staying at the hostel. Bruges is a quaint little city with a lot of fun things to see and despite a seemingly small night life, it is a lot of fun. The beds seemed to be in disrepair in certain rooms. I like the American decorations.

This hostel is fine for just somewhere to sleep after a night out but in terms of somewhere nice where u can chill out I wouldnt recommend it at all. The place is noisy, the toilets and shower areas smell and are quite dirty and in most private rooms the radiators dont work properly leaving the place very cold. As for the staff most were fine except for one lady who really did not want to be there.

The location is the main feature. The hostel lay upon a pub/american bar and they had played music until 5.30 am. We couldn't sleep. Staff are unfriendly, rooms very small and bathrooms are not clean. They ask 4 euro for breakfast but it's not worth a cent.
