House very comfortable and pretty, only flaws are the distance from the center (about 30-40 minutes by subway!) And winter weigh enough! In addition, the house is totally devoid of curtains, so in the morning like sleeping in the sun! Some people can ... there are those who from dawn onwards no longer closes an eye!!
