Great spot, in the middle of Koh San Road. Clean rooms and we had a shared bathroom which was very clean. Staff where very helpful and nice, booked transport with them. It also inculdes a spot of breakfast toast and jam/butter coffee or tea at no charge. Great value for money for where it is. Good wifi also. Eveything you need really when backpacking.

Great location to party, right outside all the bars and a very international environment! We stayed in a private bedroom for three persons and it was really clean and with a fan so we didn't suffer that much from the heat. You have a toast with butter and some tea/coffee in the morning which is not a lot but for the price we paid was totally worth it! Would recommend for backpackers!

the loaction is perfect and the security is good but the rooms are very poor as for a less price we went to a better hotel in phuket - THERE ARE BED BUGS take bed sheets with you

Second time I have stayed here and the service seemed to be massively improved on last time. You cannot get a better location, while still getting a good night's sleep. It's set back in a quiet courtyard on Khao San Road so it's not as noisy as most of the other guest houses around here. Room with a fan and good kitchen facilities, plus free breakfast, all good!

Very basic but good for the price. Didn't have air conditioning but the ceiling fan made the heat bearable. One bathroom per floor but there wasn't too much issue with sharing. Located in the middle of Khao San road, convenient to get places but bring earplugs to sleep because you can hear the music from nearby bars

Location was great, right in the middle of Khao San Road. The only downside to this was the noise coming from the surrounding clubs until very late. I needed earplugs to sleep but we were expecting it to be noisy so it wasn't a massive problem for us. Rooms were very basic, shower was terrible, no pressure and water was either cold or painfully hot . Staff were difficult to communicate with and not overly helpful. All in all though not a bad place, you get what you pay for.
